    The caravan was so clean, spacious and well equipped with everything you could need and more and the extra special touches, milk, tea and cake on arrival was lovely. The owner was there to greet us and was very helpful. The site is lovely and the facilities are great. I would definitely recommend this caravan and would most certainly stay here again.

    We could not of had a better Caravan and Anthony was so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and he explained everything that we needed to know about the Caravan and the facilities of the park. The place where the Caravan was positioned was brilliant for the Grandchildren as they were able to use the park which was less than five minutes away. The Caravan had all the necessary equipment that you could want. Excellent.

  • "Would like to say this caravan was fantastic and catered for all our needs, No shortage of space, very well set out, And very clean."

    Great use of outdoor space, with good sized verander, lovely quite location. All in all I would recommend to anyone, whether a couple or family as it even has 2 ensuite toilet and shower rooms. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay back in June this year.

    Fantastic stay, we will be back (all ready booked), a very spacious well cleaned caravan ideal for us as we are family of 6 with 2 older teenagers, 2 younger children, with every thing you needs for a perfect stay, we were warmly welcomed by the owner, the beds was freshly made, ready for us, the caravan was well aired an very clean, for a place that allows pets we wouldn't of thought that any pets had been in the caravan as it surly didn't smell or look like it, Loved the layout of this caravan with the main living area in the middle, overlooking the decking, their is a shower room at each end which was great, which ment the older children could get ready with out the younger ones getting in their way, Caravan is located on a Lovely area with the park and other activities a stone throw away,

    The caravan was very clean and well equipped. The owner waited for us to greet us and gave us excellent advice about local attractions. The caravan was very dog friendly. It really was a home from home. We felt safe. There was everything we could possibly need from pizza wheel to dog shampoo. Nice, new cooker. Our dog loved little balcony where he could watch ducks from. My daughter loved is so much that we are coming back next year for 2 weeks!

    Home from home with lots of added extras. The host was very hospitable and showed us around the caravan upon arrival. Talked us through the TV and internet. Very welcoming towards the dog. We had younger and older children. Location was ideal ..not too far from amenities but not too close to cause a noise nuisance. Very happy with our stay.

    It is well equipped with everything you need and more. We ate out a few times but had plenty of utensils/saucepans to cook in the caravan. Caravan was clean and tidy, we had bedding supplied. The site has loads to offer but can get quite busy. It’s great to get into Skegness town. Poppys cafe is also worth a visit. Overall had a fab family holiday and would go again.

The property

Hello my name is Anthony we have a caravan at Southview Skegness a Parkdean run site .

I meet every guest and show you to the caravan .

The caravan has 3 bedrooms, master bedroom at one end of caravan with its own en suite shower room, with the other 2 twin bedrooms at the other end of the caravan with their own shower room, a pull out bed under the lounge seating.

There is plenty of space for all the family.

We welcome all Pets, we are very dog friendly with metal feeding bowls & stands, extra poo bags, shampoo for those pet emergencies & pooper scoop in a designated Doggy Cupboard. Large decking The caravan is well equipped 2 car parking space next to caravan Tv Fire stick Game console Full size fridge freezer Washing machine Airier & iron with ironing board Kitchen equipment Indoor swimming pool Restaurant Shop Arcades Mini Crazy golf Showbar Kids entertainment Fishing lakes Dog walks Fish and chip shop Entertainment PASSES can be brought from reception - please note as owners we are NOT permitted under our tenancy license to purchase passes on guests behalf.
