Nice quiet location with great sea view, and near many amenities and attractions.

This was our second visit to this property lovely flat great views.

Ideal location for touring and within walking distance of town centre . We really enjoyed our stay.

Great holiday rental - modern, comfortable, very clean and wonderful location and views

Everything was taken care off to make our stay comfortable.

From utensils to iron,washing machine and a dryer you name it, everything was there. Property was clean with nice and fresh beddings and towel provided for all of us.You can just venture out for a walk by the sea or if you prefer to stay in with a cup of tea and watch the ship or boat going past.No negatives about this property. Highly recommended.

The apartment was beautiful and the sea view was amazing.

The property was spotlessly clean and had everything you needed for a self catering holiday. All the beds were very comfortable, with lovely bedding and comfy pillows. It also had a Spacious fitted double wardrobe. Both the bedrooms were very spacious. Our 3 children aged 9,11 and 15 shared the 2nd bedroom which had a triple bunk. They loved it and again it was very spacious and had a wardrobe with plenty of room for 3 children’s clothes! The bathroom was great too with a huge shower and again plenty of room. The kitchen was fully equipped with every pot , pan and utensil we needed and had a kettle , toaster and coffee maker, oven and combination microwave also a tall fridge freezer. It even had a utility room with a washing machine and a dryer, ironing board and iron, airers and mops etc. The owners really have thought of everything. The lounge area had 2 sofas which were very comfortable. To be sat having a cup of tea one night looking out at the ocean and see the Dolphins swim by was a highlight of our stay. This apartment is really fantastic and I would definately recommend it. We stayed here in August 2025 and the area was very quiet and only a short walk away from the beaches and the town. It’s ideal for couples wanting a quiet break and also for families. We will definately be returning.

Fantastic stay at Ocean View.

Literally accross the road from the beach. Very comfortable well equipped apartment with outstanding views of the sea and along the coast. We used the house as a base to travel around the area and also play some golf. Would definitely recommend and we would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely stay at this condo.

The location & views were excellent. There’s everything you need in the condo. The only suggestion I’d make is to put up lined curtains/drapes at the patio doors. We arrived when it was very stormy, wind from the north and the patio doors were very draughty, would save on heating too. Definitely book again!!

Amazing views of the ever changing sea.

Clean apartment, well equipped. Spacious for 3 people. Great location. So much to see and do in the local area. We loved our stay at Ocean View.

In general, the apartment was very clean, but some of the glasses and cutlery had been put away dirty.

Overall very well presented, was lacking a few things that I bought.

Only 3/4 toilet roll provided so bought a pack Nothing for cleaning pans so bought sourer Views from this property are amazing, loved looking at the waves.

You never replied to my phone call or text asking for help during the holiday.

There were 3 key boxes in the bin area. A neighbour helped me find the correct key box. Additional info would be useful. The main door was very tricky to open. Even more detailed instructions required or lock adjustment. I didn't notice the router in washing machine cupboard for 2 days. I phoned my son who told me to use the logon info on the back of the router to get access to the internet.

Handy walking distance for town or the beach in opposite direction . 5 min walk to nearest pub. Would like to stay again in future.

An absolutely first class Apt.

.. Spotlessly clean..(I don't say this often) Spectacular Ocean views.... Comfy with all you need right there at your finger tips... Fabulous washer dryer room.. Dolphins are a spectacular viewing also..... Many thanks to the proprietors for the kind supply of binoculars We'll be back.... Footnote: Booked again for New Year Week... This Apt....is by far my best find....

Immaculately clean .

We had no problems with the keys as mentioned on another review (comprehensive instructions on keyring). Great sea views. Comfy beds. Well equipped kitchen. Really enjoyed our stay.

Our holiday was ruined by the problems with the lock on the main door.

When outside using the key it required many attempts to get the door open no matter how you turned the key, From inside again turning the catch required many attempts. We were never sure if we would get in/out. When arriving we could not get in and the emergency number refused to come and cut off me subsequent calls. We had to get help from residents on occasions to get in/out. Spoiled our holiday. A refund would be in order.

Very modern in decoration with almost everything needed, a dishwasher would have been good to have.

The was as all adults staying, is the beds the double/bunk is a nightmare. Twin beds would be better and also an option of main room a zip and link beds would give more opportunities for all adult bookings. Other than that the apartment met our needs, the location was fantastic. The only issues were the main door and front door not the easiest to open, the smell in ground floor landing is horrendous and would have been nice to have information on what is in the locality. Welcome basket a nice touch but a small milk added to this would be good considering tea and coffee was included. We did have an issue with the bathroom tap that was fixed exceptionally quickly.

Lovely apartment with a lovely view, which provided us with the ideal base for the area. Only very minor point was that there was no bread knife, which would have been useful, but is by no means a huge issue! Welcome box was a nice touch. Thanks.

Superb appartment with great outlook onto the sea.

Clean and bright. My only negative was I did not like the bed in the second bedroom as I found it claustrophobic and 2 single beds would be more flexible.

We spent a lovely week in Banff.

Especially enjoyed the view of the ocean and all the wildlife. We would really like to return. Apartment was great, everything you need for a peaceful holiday. One wee thing we struggled to open the outside key safe, both when we arrived and as we left, probably rusted from being by the sea. Thank you.

Oceanview provided us with a wonderful, cosy and super comfortable escape to the seaside.

The location is brilliant, everything close by and the views can’t be beaten! The ever changing sky is beautiful, along with the sound of the waves on your doorstep. Oceanview is well equipped, clean, warm and very comfortable. Lovely soft towels and comfy beds. Highly recommend as a seaside getaway!

Fabulous accommodation with modern furnishings throughout.

Was spotless on arrival. Welcome basket on arrival (Tea, coffee, Biscuits etc) was much appreciated. Plenty to do in the area to keep two 9 year olds busy for a week !! Definitely well worth the six hour + drive from Preston. Would definitely recommend to family and friends and hope to return in the near future. Sidat family Preston

Everything was perfect.

The apartment was modern, tastefully furnished, spotless and fully equipped. The view from the apartment on the seafront was amazing, even seeing some dolphins, and only 10 mins walk from beautiful clean, sandy beaches. We would absolutely recommend.
