"Lovely little cottage which was clean and well presented although the side tables or shelves in the rear bedroom were a bit flimsy and liable to slope."
Parking was an issue but derelict ground across side street was convenient. Rear garden was ideal for dog and he enjoyed the freedom it gave him. Overall very comfortable and would go back.

"Accommodation was very clean and tidy with everything needed, comfy beds, great position for trips out."
Chippy and cake/ Ice-cream shop across the road, ( used both) chinese about 2 min walk away. Farmfoods 2 min walk away. Enjoyed our stay. Light house at the back of us. Plenty to do loads of beaches

"Once we'd settled in we thought the accommodation and cleanliness of the cottage couldn't really be faulted."
We had a great stay and the welcome treats were really appreciated, and the reclining sofas were great. We were a little disappointed about the parking, the listing states "Roadside parking for 1 car" which would suggest there is allocated parking for the cottage, there isn't. It is on a first come, first served' basis. The double bedroom was very cosy, but the bed was comfy. Such a shame the twin room isn't offered as a super king-size on request with zip/link beds. Thanks for a lovely stay, it was a great base for exploring the area, we really enjoyed the beach, the fish and chips from the chippy over the road and our time here overall.

"Nice compact cottage close to town and sea."
Excellent fish & chips and ice cream across road.
Would suggest some table lamps in lounge/diner as it is all or nothing with the downlighters.
Bathroom latch can be difficult to open from inside.
Beds and sofas very comfortable and new
Great base to visit the surrounding area
Thank you so much for the feedback.
New floor lamp added to the living room. I’m the same I don’t like a ‘big light’ on.
The ice cream is wonderful isn’t it?!
So glad you had a lovely time. There is so much to do round about here. Hope to welcome you back soon xx

"Absolutely fantastic little cottage , the garden especially for us was superb as totally safe and secure for our dogs , the cottage was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, our first time in northest Scotland and definitely won't be our last ."
..10/10 for the cottage we will be booking again soon. Just a hook at the back of the bathroom door for dressing gowns would make perfect
Really appreciate your feedback. It’s important to us to be told about things like robe hooks etc.
It’s a great garden for dogs, they wouldn’t get over that wall hahaha.
Hope to welcome you back soon x

"Lovely wee stay."
Cottage looks so much better inside than from the outside. Made us feel even more at home when we realised that the print on the wall was the same one we have in our living room. It's not the biggest property for four people, but it was ideal for what we needed.
Thank you for your feedback.
We love the prints too.
College bounds is one of our smaller properties but feel the price is fair for this.
You guys take care and hope to welcome you back.

"Comfortable and well laid out property."
Could benefit from a table or floor lamp in the living area as the lighting is a bit too bright for relaxing. The double bedroom lacks storage however there isn't much scope to improve this. The twin room has plenty.
The enclosed rear yard was safe for the dog and secure for keeping a bike, etc.
Really appreciate your feedback.
We will get a floor lamp for the living room, that’s a great idea.
We thought about some more storage in the double bedroom but thought guests would appreciate the space more.
We hope you enjoyed your stay and managed to enjoy this wonderful corner of North East Scotland. Haste ye back

"This was such a surprise this little cottage, it was spotless clean and comfortable."
The space has been thought out well to get the most from the space but providing everything you need to enjoy your stay. For those days that are warmer then there is a lovely private and secure garden to use.
We used Fraserburgh as a Base to visit different locations along the coast, it was ideal. Fraserburgh also was worth a visit the Lighthouse museum, lovely beach amongst other things. Th cottage was ideally situated to walk to these, it was also adjacent a lovely ice cream shop and plenty of places around for food for those times you don't want to cook, I would definitely book again.
Thank you so much for your positive feedback.
We are delighted you enjoyed your time here.
It really is an ideal base, with so much things to see and do in the area.
