  • "The cottage is lovely and comfortable and well equipped."

Its easy to walk into Menai and also Beaumaris although it took about an hour going via the road at the top of the lane, lovely views that way and only a little traffic Cant wait to visit again.

The quality of the furnishings and in particular the kitchen were exceptional. This was a wonderful holiday place to base ourselves in order to explore beautiful Anglesey. Thanks to Gwen (the owner) our holiday was delightful. We would have no hesitation in recommending this property. David Storey

  • "We found the cottage clean and comfortable for two of us and a dog."

The location is great - with easy access to all parts of the island. I don't think it's entirely accurate to describe the cottage as having 'views of the Menai Strait' and it would be quite cramped for 6 to stay here. We enjoyed our stay - diolch!

  • "Great location for accessing mainalnd and Anglesey."

Beautifully fitted out . Cleaning on arrival did not meet expectations.Guidance on what has and has not been sanitised wouldbe useful. There was no welcome pack provided as indicated that there would be. Suggest notice on the front door (inside) to warn of stepping out onto passing traffic

Thank you for your feedback, the cottage is professionally cleaned between guests to meet current Covid guidelines and is inspected regularly for high standard of cleanliness. The Welcome Pack is not currently supplied due to Covid rules. Property is on a single track access lane with very few cars. We hope to welcome you back to Bryn Teg Cottage soon. Property Owner

  • "A fabulous cottage- both my teenagers were impressed and would stay there again!"

Great for our 1 year old Border Collie, Hugo. Great kitchen for cooking our meals. Lovely neighbours at number 1 too. Had noticed a previous guest's comment about parking but found the patch further down the lane and once I'd got the manouver of reversing in I found it fine; just pulled up outside the cottage to unload on arrival. I would definitely return!

  • "The cottage was lovely and just right for my husband and I."

We had my friend and her son visit us for a few days and they stayed in the twin rooms and found them very comfortable. The neighbours in the top cottage were lovely and gave us tips on where to visit which was really helpful

  • "The property was advertised as having private parking but this wasn’t the case."

The car parking space allocated to the property was always in use by another car. There is additional parking down the road but This needs clarifying on the website. Frustrating when we thought we had paid for private parking. Apart from this the cottage was perfect. Anglesey is a wonderful island and cottage is beautiful and homely.

Apologies for your inconvenience. Parking is easily accessible both opposite the property and at the bottom of the lane. Unfortunately due to inconsiderate parking by others, our private parking spot can no longer be advertised. Property Owner
