We will definitely return again !

. What a fabulous property - we can always tell when we both say that we would love to buy somewhere. The property is set in a beautiful and tranquil location just off the beaten track and the perfect place for a relaxing break and an ideal base to travel around the island with good supermarkets within a few minutes drive so you do not get ripped off in other shops. From a friendly welcome to a nice goodbye, you are left to your own devices unless you need anything. The property and surroundings are immaculate, very comfortable and beautifully decorated and furnished. Everything that we needed was there apart from a washing machine which is a good thing not bad, but a dishwasher to make life easier. We highly recommend this and the adjacent properties and eagerly await our return.

Lovely place, fantastic accommodation, cant fault anything at all.

We had great weather and really enjoyed the garden, the garden walk, the orchard and the exercise area was great for the dogs. The owner met us on arrival and showed us round the accommodation which was very nice of him. Will definitely return and next time we wont take the keys home with us by mistake!

Easy and ample parking. Large south facing enclosed garden/patio area for guests and canines. Very comfortable beds and furnishings. Hot water throughout the day. Loved out stay and we will return. Would benefit from a new frying pan and more tea towels.

s 2 + 3 The Stables The owners were very helpful and communicative, and nothing was too much triouuble for them . The cottages were so homely, warm and comfortable even through "Storm Dave" and ours (no. 2) was so spacious that we had family gatherings of 8 adults, 3 children and 2 dogs on all 3 consecutive nights! The setting is so peaceful with incredible views, lovely secure rear gardens (great for the dogs) but also very well placed for exploring the Island from. Looking forward to our next stay!

It’s such a peaceful clean safe space to be and owners are on site for any difficulties but never intrusive. Perfect for my two dogs.

Perfect cottage for a quiet stay, especially with dogs.

The cottage was very clean, great fixtures and fittings, comfortable sofas and beds and high quality bedding/towels. Plenty of open space in all rooms and the private outside area was lovely. So nice to have Christmas decorations and log burner, very homely. Will definitely recommend and stay again.

We had an amazing stay at 2 The Stables.

The property was very well presented, clean and cosy. We had 2 dogs with us and the grounds were very secure for them. we would must certainly stay there again and would not hesitate to recommend.

THIS COTTAGE WAS LOVELY.

VERY CLEAN AND WARM AND WAS A PLEASURE TO COME BACK TO EACH DAY. ONE THING I WOULD LIKE TO SAY TO THE OWNERS IS THERE WERE LOADS OF LOVELY TOWELS BUT ONLY ONE TEA TOWEL - ANOTHER ONE WOULD BE A GOOD IDEA.

An ideal location.

Comfortable and clean accommodation with outside secure space for our dogs plus additional space nearby for them to explore.

We were delighted with the accommodation , everything was to a high standard with comfortable beds and a relaxing lounge area The kitchen was adequate with a decent sized fridge freezer oven hob and plenty of utensils The only personal thing I would of preferred is a washing machine instead of a dish washer We found it warm , so didn’t need a fire on , although there’s a log burner there The views were lovely and the gated area was well kept and tidy

Our 2nd stay at this lovely place with our dogs.

Ideally located for beaches at Lligwy, Benlech and Red Wharf Bay. Also only a few minutes drive to Lyn Cefni, with a great walk round the perimeter of the lake. Your never that far from all of Anglesey's attractions either, should you want to explore further. Would definitely book again. (The better half said she would prefer having a washing machine rather than a dish washer in the accommodation, but as we were only there a week it wasn't an issue

A beautiful place to spend time whilst discovering Anglesey.

The location was perfect as we were approx 20 minutes from everywhere. The house was great and had everything we needed.

The accommodation was perfect.

It was so clean and comfortable, and had everything you could need on holiday. It had a lovely little fenced garden, ideal for the dog. It was centrally located in a quiet, peaceful area of the island, ideal for exploring all parts.

Always the perfect base to explore Anglesey as very central. Not just dog friendly but dog easy with an enclosed garden. Accommodation was superb as always and had everything you could need.

Very spacious accommodation complemented by a private garden again with everything one could need. Great location in easy reach of all areas of Anglesey The horses were an added attraction on site. Good location, comfortable spacious property, with ample parking.

Great shower. Lovely sunny patio and furniture. The temperature was very comfortable throughout. Quick response from owner sorted out minor questions. A basic welcome pack would have been appreciated (milk and bread) as arriving after a long journey, and not sure where nearest shops were, which would have closed at 4pm on Sunday.

We’ve been to our favourite cottage at our favourite place now several times for years and will always look forward to returning.

This was the second time I’ve stayed in the cottage, its so peaceful it won’t be the last.

It’s spotless and well equipped. Great for the dogs, there’s even a dog field. I felt so relaxed after my break. 10 out of 10.

Lovely cottage, that's part of a complex of 4 connected holiday lets.

There were guests in the other let's, but we hardly noticed them during our stay. Nice little secure back garden with great views of the distant Eryri mountains. We did have to watch our little Whippet in the back garden, as he loves to jump walls, and the lower wall on the left was just within his jumping abilities

We had a lovely time, the weather was mixed, but the accommodation was lovely.

Everything you could need. Our hosts were on hand if needed, helpful and accommodating. The location is inland but very central so all parts of the island accessible within a short drive. Would recommend ( have stayed here before which speaks volumes).

We had a lovely week long stay at No 2 the stables over summer with the kids.

Owners and their parents very welcoming and friendly when we arrived were carrying out maintenence in the shared gardens. Gardens were very well maintained. Our luxury cottage was very well decorated and homely. It had everything you would want or need. It was set in very quaint gardens and grounds with lots of places for our dog to roam around. Had our own private garden too. The only downside was the location as it was on a farm and in the middle of fields. It wasn't an issue too much for us as we drove everywhere anyway but would be difficult for people that do not drive. It does mention this on the profile of the cottage also. We would definitely book here again

What a beautiful cottage absolutely perfect in every way a real "gem".

We have stayed in many places but this far shines out ..... lovely. Very well looked after and equipped, nothing missing. Gardens so pretty we even managed a bbq in the glorious sunshine. Very peaceful and relaxing. Well done to the owners they are truly doing a superb job......thankyou so much. We can't wait to return.

The Stables is clean and comfortable and we always enjoy staying. The only criticism I have is the area for dog walking within the property is very disappointing.

We had a lovely, relaxing Christmas holiday at the Stables.

The property is absolutely gorgeous and well equipped with everything you need. Plenty of dog walks around and not too far from the sea. Would definitely book again!

I recently stayed at no 2 The Stables with my family.

We were very impressed with the accomodation. It is very modern and is very comfortable. The Internet was really good and you could log into Netflix or Amazon. The kitchen was modern with everything you needed. The underfloor heating kept us warm. Also the back garden was great for my dogs. We decided to stay here as it was remote but not to far from shops and days out. I think we will be booking for next year.

Clean, spacious and attractive cottage and the owners are around if you need anything but otherwise you could feel you are in the middle of nowhere. Excellent.

Warm and cosy cottage with secure garden for dogs.

Exercise area for the dogs was small and adequate for toileting but not exercising. Stayed in many holiday cottages and there has always been a folder with useful information- local dog walks, recommended shops, pubs and restaurants ( dog friendly or not) and tourist attractions. There was nothing but basic information regarding the cottage . The owner was helpful and brought us an airer to dry our sodden clothing. More mugs and forks would be useful as there were only 6 of each. You will need to bring absolutely all provisions as only 4 teabags and sachets of coffee left. No milk or welcome pack . This is not a complaint as the cottage was good value but we have never experienced this before so want to make aware.

The owners are always doing maintenance and upgrading the properties.

The stables is a great place to stay with two dogs; bright, modern, spacious and quiet.

Llangefni is only a 10 minute drive away and has a supermarket with a petrol station. The central location is convenient for easy access to the coast in any direction. We were given a remote to operate the electric gates at the site entrance, so felt very secure. The parking area is a short distance from the cottage but we could drive to the door to unload. There is a tap in the car park that could have been used to clean muddy dogs if we had needed that but it would have been even better with a hose attached. Solid floors in all but the stairs meant the cottage is easy to keep clean. The kitchen is well equipped with a large dining table. The living room has two comfortable sofas. The Bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds and bathrooms clean, one with a walk in shower and the other a bath. As the weather was hot and sunny, we enjoyed having breakfast at the table in the small enclosed garden at the rear. A separate small fenced exercise area is useful for a exercising and toileting the dogs off lead, as the only other option is to walk on the road. The owners are friendly and helpful. Clare even showed us the newborn foals. It would be a nice to touch offer a welcome pack with milk and bread as there are no shops nearby.

Very well equipped property , spacious and modern.

A little isolated from any local amenities so a car is required, roughly about 12 minutes drive to benllech or Llangefni. No recycling stations or anywhere to put your used dog bags so basically everything went in black bin bags. Very comfortable beds and some nice touches with a dog exercise area, orchard and communal fire pit area.

Cottage first class..

An exceptional find!

The cottage is beautiful, spotlessly clean and very well appointed and comfortable. The landlord thinks of everything, even dropping a fan around when it got warm. We were so comfortable. Anglesey of course is charming. Relaxed and calm it’s true R&R. All in all exceptional value, a real quality break.

We stayed at the Stables 12/19 May, I can’t speak highly enough about this place!

!!! It’s gated so felt very safe there. You have your own garden with picnic bench and lawn plus sun loungers and deck chairs stored under the stairs cupboard.The family are lovely and so helpful, we couldn’t have asked for a better holiday. We didn’t travel very far during our stay as we just wanted to relax and chill. We visited Beaumaris which is really nice, a long time since I have been there. The beach at Benllech is definitely worth a visit, very clean. To sum up, perfect!!!!!

My wife, daughter, dog and I had a lovely weeks stay at No.

2. Cottage is very comfortable throughout, clean and tastefully done. The outside area to the rear is perfect for lounging on the sunnier days, and secure for the dog. The location of the cottage is ideal- it's in a very quiet area which is great, but more importantly, puts you in good driveable range to most of the island. Takes about 15 mins to reach the beaches to the North n' East, and about 30 mins to the South (Newburgh), and West. Everyone we met on-site was extremely friendly and helpful. Had a bit of a mixed week regards weather, but didn't stop us at all. Visited Oriel Môn on the wettest day which is recommended, and the pizza at Popty next door to the gallery is definitely worth the visit! Would highly recommend No.2, and look forwards to returning there in the future!

We’ve been visiting The Stables for a few years with previous owners.

It has been newly refurbished, making it a lot more modern. It was like discovering it for the first time all over again. It certainly has the wow factor . It is bright and airy, spotlessly clean, with beautiful soft furnishings and everything you could need. Truly lovely hosts, very welcoming and helpful. There was an amazing welcome hamper, treats for the dogs and a Christmas tree, wreath and lights - all beautiful. We’ve spent lazy mornings enjoying the cottage, afternoons exploring the many attractions, beaches and the coastal path & toasty evenings in front of the log fire. Claire showed me her beautiful horses which was the icing on the cake. Thanks for a very special Christmas and we’ll hopefully be back soon.

Really lovely stay as usual.

Plenty of wood provided for this winter week. An excellent property and quiet area. Unfortunately we locked ourselves out ( the latch dropped as I checked it before taking the rubbish to the bins) and the owners returned quickly to let us in.

Fabulous cottage.

.no complaints..perfect and wonderful owners. We actually stayed extra3 nights in another of their cottages. Sykes were a nightmare. Last time I ever book with them again. I tried to alter my booking with them and it took me a full week..ringing every day..speaking to a different operator. They rang the owners several times who kept telling them that we were ok to alter our booking. Something went majorly wrong in their customer services department. Drove me crazy for a week. Never again. Thank you for our lovely holiday with you, Claire, you have some gorgeous accommodation..second to none in our book.

A very enjoyable holiday and will stay again.

Number 2 the Stables was a beautiful place to stay and people very friendly, the only downside my wife and I found was that the beds were not the most comfortable , but having said that we do have problems with our joints, the cottage itself was very spacious and spotlessly clean also very secure.

The ladies struggled with the lack of mirrors.

Hair drying was a particular problem as the only mirrors were in the bathroom. It would also have been nice to have at least some showering facilities over the bath. Again this was a problem with hair washing and resulted in both couples having to share the shower in the en-suite which wasn’t ideal. A very small issue was the lack of wine glasses. Probably some had been broken but if four people wanted wine with the meal, larger glasses had to be used. Liked the fact that when we mentioned the towels wouldn’t dry, the owner immediately switched on the heated towel rails.

The place was fantastic and lived up to all expectations!

It was immaculate, very spacious and a perfect place to stay.

The little garden overlooked another small garden with beautiful plants- very skillfully designed - which screened another building. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful.
