On arrival bin in kitchen was broken (had to lift lid with hand given pedal device was broken) and it was very dirty on outside and full of a mushy liquid in bottom we had to clean with boiling water - also three of blinds in one bedroom were inoperable and in permanent down position , Toilet in one bathroom continually ran - all reported to Menai holidays but only the toilet was fixed despite promises to send someone to mend blinds during our stay we later discovered no outside chairs (just frames no actual covers) tv and sky system didn’t work properly kept having to re boot sky box at least 3 or 4 times each night there is some sort of issue as regards the Compatibility of the TV display with the sky digital box in my opinion Overall it’s a nice house but these small and frankly annoying issues had some impact on our enjoyment, Particularly given we had to pay full summer prices for the week in October having moved our initial summer booking due to Covid concerns The grass in the rear garden also needed cutting was very overlong We have advised the owners of the issues
