The property

This delightful holiday cottage provides excellent family holiday accommodation for all seasons of the year.

Sitting just behind the Menai Strait, on Anglesey, it commands lovely views. The kitchen is bright and well planned, with an electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and Dolce Gusto coffee maker (bring your own pods). The fantastic views can be appreciated from the French doors of the sitting room, which is furnished with a comfortable leather sofa and chairs.

There is a dining area to one side. The main bedroom has an en suite shower room with loo and wash basin.

There are two further bedrooms and a family bathroom with a luxurious corner bath with shower, wash basin and loo.

There is a cloakroom with loo and wash basin. While Mermaid Cottage is mostly level inside, the access to the property itself is up 12 stone steps. The views from the lawned garden are spectacular - with the Menai Strait on your doorstep, Caernarfon and its castle across the water, and the mountains of Snowdonia forming a magical backdrop. Only a short walk away you will find the Anglesey Sea Zoo, Foel Restaurant, Foel Farm Park and Chocolate Factory, and the Tal y Foel Riding Centre.
