The property

The Barn at Bryn Eithin is a beautifully presented three-storey house in Colwyn Bay, Conwy.

Set in an elevated position with far-reaching coastal views, a toasty woodburning stove, en-suite facilities, and allowing pets makes it an excellent choice for families and groups of friends looking to explore both the coastline and the landscapes of Eryri National Park (Snowdonia).

Arriving at the property, ample off-road parking provides a convenient start to your stay before you step inside to discover a thoughtfully designed and stylish interior.

A spacious hallway welcomes you in, offering room to pause and settle before heading further into the home.

Just off this space, the utility room proves invaluable for active breaks, where a washing machine and basin allow you to refresh walking gear or beachwear, alongside a handy cloakroom.

The ground floor bedrooms offer inviting spaces to unpack and unwind.

A super-king-size bedroom benefits from its own en-suite with bath and shower over, as well as a walk-in wardrobe where you can neatly settle your belongings.

A second super-king-size bedroom with its own en-suite bath and shower provides another well-appointed retreat.

Each room reflects the refined and contemporary feel that runs throughout the property.

Make your way up the wooden staircase to the first floor, where the main living space opens up into an impressive open-plan setting designed with both style and sociability in mind.

The kitchen is centred around a sleek island with seating, inviting you to gather with a morning coffee or chat while meals are prepared using the hob, double oven, microwave, and dishwasher.

Navy cabinetry and carefully chosen artwork add depth and character, while the layout flows seamlessly into the dining and sitting areas.

Here, you can settle into the seating and light the woodburning stove, creating a welcoming atmosphere as the day draws to a close.

Large bi-fold doors frame the far-reaching coastal views, allowing you to step closer to the scenery, while the Juliette balcony offers a peaceful vantage point to take it all in.

Also on this floor, a twin bedroom provides a flexible and well-placed sleeping space for children or friends.

Continue up to the second floor to discover the master suite, an elegant and private space designed for relaxation.

Begin your evening by easing into the freestanding bath or enjoy the spacious walk-in shower, before unwinding in the plush armchair with a good book.

A walk-in wardrobe completes the room, providing ample space to fully settle into your surroundings.

Outside, the garden offers a pleasant extension of the living space, where patio furniture and loungers invite you to spend time outdoors, whether that means sharing meals from the barbecue or simply sitting back and enjoying the countryside setting.

A nearby shop and a welcoming pub can be reached with ease, while the beach lies within easy reach for days spent by the sea.

In Llandudno, spend time strolling along the Victorian pier as the sound of the waves carries alongside you, take the historic tramway up the Great Orme and pause to admire sweeping coastal views, or enjoy an evening out at Venue Cymru with its varied programme of performances.

In Conwy, explore the impressive medieval castle with its commanding towers, step inside Plas Mawr to discover its richly detailed interiors, and wander the harbour where you can watch boats drift while sampling fresh seafood.

Venture further into Eryri National Park, where dramatic mountain peaks rise around you, scenic trails invite long walks through changing landscapes, and tranquil lakes offer moments to pause and take in the natural beauty.

The Barn at Bryn Eithin in Colwyn Bay provides a stylish and well-planned base for experiencing the best of the North Wales coast and countryside.
