• "Great size house for three generations- 8 people in total."

  Everything very clearly laid out so it made it very easy to settle in. Having dishwasher tablets, fairy liquid, washing powder, toilet rolls, bin bags etc make a huge difference so that we can leave the place as we found it. Some places make the mistake of not providing these so makes it very inconvenient from day one. Location was great - not too close to the centre but everything within walking distance and perhaps M@S was too close! Great restaurants near by as well.

• "We had a fantastic stay at Clarence House and our whole family absolutely loved it."

  The hot tub was a particular highlight and was perfect for relaxing together after a busy day. The location is fantastic — just a short distance from the beach and pier, with all the main attractions easily accessible. The beds were also very comfortable, and we had a great night’s sleep, which is especially important when travelling with a big family. Overall, it was a perfect family stay and we would happily recommend Clarence House to other families. We’d definitely stay again!

  The house was in a lovely location and was well equipped for our large party. We had a lovely time, and when we forgot our charging lead, Ben went out of his way to enable us to retrieve it. Would definitely recommend." 5 stars.

• "Firstly Ash and Ben were brilliant from the start, kept us well informed with all information we would need during our stay."

  Once we arrived at the property and had a look around we were amazed how big and beautiful Clarence House is. With plenty of living space and choice for all the family to enjoy from the big living room to the fun and games room. All of the bedrooms are generous sizes with a good verity of beds available. The hot tub topped off our stay too.

• "We 10 adults and 2 children."

  The house is in a super location, easy access to the beach, and 10-15 mins walk to the town all flat an easy. We thought the house was amazing, great size and never felt cramped. The bedrooms are extra special in size and were super quiet when resting day & night. The house is super well equipped with everything you would need. The hot tub was well used and we found the whole house/location made for a super weekend.

• "Clarence house is a wonderful oasis in Llandudno."

  The interiors are stylish and well thought out. Beds are very comfortable with quality bedding. The living room has ample seating for a large family and the outdoor area with hot tub is fabulous bonus on raining days. Everything was made so easy: recycling instructions couldn't have been clearer. The heating and all appliances were very easy to use and 2 large fridge freezers were a great addition. Labeling the kitchen cupboards was a genius idea and saved any confusion when emptying the dishwasher. I would highly recommend this house as a multi generation holiday home. It has something for everyone.

• "Clarence House has recently been taken over by new owners."

  Their attention to detail both in the decor and service to customers is amazing. The property is in a perfect location, close to the beach with shops and restaurants nearby. The house is immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, spacious and well resourced. We felt so comfortable and relaxed throughout our stay. The hot tub and games room were a great bonus. And the basket of goodies very appreciated. The owners could not have been more thoughtful and helpful throughout. We would highly recommend Clarence House and will definitely return.

• "I would really recommend visiting this brilliant holiday home, we have really enjoyed everything about it."

  We loved the hot tub, even in the rain! The pool table has been constantly in use and the amazing dining table has meant we could have a whole family meal together, making it extra special. It’s been a really brilliant holiday here. Everyone has loved the fantastic features and the decorations. You have an eye for detail! We’d really recommend ‘Tribells’ for fish and chips. Delicious! • "We’ve had such a special time and felt at home as soon as we arrived."

  The house is fantastic – spacious & welcoming. Its location is perfect - a peaceful area but a few minutes walk to the beach, town centre and restaurants. We’ve had just as much fun staying in on the rainy days as we have on the beach – plenty to do with the hot tub and lots of books, games and puzzles. Kitchen is very well equipped and beds very comfortable. Hosts were charming and helpful. We were a group of 16 (aged between 75 and 2) and stayed 5 days over Easter. Everybody loved it. Thanks so much for everything – can’t wait to come again!
