Bella Vista

Deganwy 1.1 miles.

Bella Vista is a beautiful coastal house resting in Llanrhos, Conwy, offering off-road parking for four cars, sea views, and a generous garden with a hot tub, making it a great choice for families or groups seeking time by the coast.

Arrive and settle into an open-plan living space designed for shared moments, where the kitchen, dining area, and sitting area flow together for relaxed days and sociable evenings.

The kitchen is set up for easy holiday catering, while the dining area invites long meals and planning sessions for days out ahead.

Large windows draw in natural light, creating a bright backdrop for unwinding after time outdoors.

Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully spread across the house, with four king-size bedrooms offering flexibility for mixed groups.

Two king-size bedrooms are located on the ground floor, ideal for those who prefer easy access, while upstairs you’ll find a further king-size room and a standout king-size bedroom with a Juliet door that frames glimpses of the coast beyond.

A family bathroom with a bath serves the upper floor, while a ground-floor shower room adds convenience for busy mornings.

Outside, the garden offers a mix of patio and lawn, with outdoor furniture and a hot tub providing a natural place to gather as the day winds down.

From Bella Vista, the North Wales coastline and historic towns are within easy reach.

Just a short walk away, the beach offers space for morning walks along the shore, paddling at low tide, and views stretching across the bay.

A short drive brings you to Llandudno, where the Victorian promenade and pier set the scene for a classic seaside day out.

Ride the Great Orme Tramway to the summit for far-reaching coastal views, or follow the Marine Drive for a scenic loop beneath towering limestone cliffs.

Conwy provides a contrasting pace, with its striking medieval castle, complete town walls, and quayside where boats bob beside cafés and ice-cream shops.

Families will also enjoy exploring Plas Mawr, a beautifully preserved Elizabethan townhouse in the heart of the old town.

Closer to home, Colwyn Bay offers a long stretch of beach and a revitalised waterfront, ideal for relaxed afternoons by the sea.

After full days out, returning to Bella Vista feels like coming back to a well-placed coastal base.
