Whether you’re arriving by car and settling into the nearby parking or making your way from the station through the town’s streets, the approach to River View Cottage sets the tone for a relaxed escape.

Pause before entering to take in the distant peaks that rise beyond the rooftops, hinting at the adventures to come.

Inside, the open-plan living space is designed for connection and comfort, with wooden flooring underfoot and stylish furnishings throughout.

A plush sofa and futon offer space to stretch out, while the mounted Smart TV is perfect for background music as you whip up a homemade meal in the well-equipped kitchen.

As the evening settles in, gather around the dining table to share supper, play a board game, or map out tomorrow’s plans.

LLANRWST

Betws-y-Coed 4 miles; Conwy 10 miles.

Llanrwst is a thriving market town which stands in the beautiful Conwy Valley, only four miles from picturesque Betws-y-Coed, known as the 'Gateway to Snowdonia' and which is North Wales's most popular inland resort. Surrounded by dense woodland and magnificent mountain country, this is a haven for walkers and outdoor enthusiasts alike. At Betws-y-Coed the River Conwy meets its three tributaries flowing from the west, and the beauty of the area is enhanced by cascading waterfalls, river pools and ancient bridges. Most famous of all are the magnificent Swallow Falls, situated where the Llugwy River hurls itself into a spectacular chasm. The village has shops, pubs, places to eat, miniature railway, a riverside golf course and the Woodland High Rope Activity Centre, and is home to The Snowdonia National Park Visitor Centre, as well as being the start of the beautiful Conwy Valley which leads to the coast and the lovely towns of Llandudno and Conwy.

Two well-behaved pets allowed at a cost of £30 per pet, per stay.
