The Wendover is a spacious duplex apartment set across the first and second floors in a fantastic coastal position in Towyn, Conwy.
Located above the friendly Wendover pub and restaurant, this comfortable and well-presented property is perfect for relaxed family breaks, birthdays, anniversaries, and getting together with friends.
We happily welcome thoughtful celebrations and quality time together in a calm, respectful environment.
Thoughtfully furnished throughout, the apartment offers enclosed off-road parking for the whole group, before you ascend to a spacious open-plan living area.
Here you’ll find a contemporary kitchen equipped with everything needed to enjoy family meals together, served at the welcoming peninsula dining table.
Step out onto the private terrace to dine alfresco, followed by a calming soak in the hot tub—perfect for unwinding after a day by the sea.
Back inside, the cosy sitting area invites you to settle in with a film on the Smart TV, while the separate games room provides gentle, family-friendly entertainment, including a bar area, table football, an arcade table, and a projector.
This space also opens onto a balcony with charming glimpses of the coastline.
With seven well-presented bedrooms to choose from, everyone can enjoy a comfortable night’s sleep.
The first-floor family room benefits from easy access to a luxurious shower room complete with a sauna and multi jet power shower.
The remaining bedrooms rest on the second floor, including three doubles with integrated TV beds and a stunning master suite boasting an emperor bed, walk-in wardrobe, en-suite with Jacuzzi bath, and an adjoining twin room—ideal for families seeking a little extra privacy.
For meals out, simply head downstairs to The Wendover Pub for hearty dishes and a welcoming atmosphere.

What guests are saying
Good: very clean and spacious, lots of free parking, clean bedding and linen, fun space to entertain, close to amenities.
Not so good: No toilet rolls, no introductions for lights, heating, the sauna, the music system, the karaoke machine and too many remotes to make sense of what they all belonged to (could do with being labelled), no clear instructions on recycling. A double bed was broken down one half of it, not enough wine glasses, nothing seemed to work in the games room. Having said all this, we still had a fun time there and would recommend it to friends and family if the issues were addressed.
This was our second time staying at the Wendover Lodge in Wales, and we enjoyed it just as much as the first!
A lovely place to relax, unwind and spend time away. We had another great stay and will be returning again. Highly recommend!
This is a fantastic property for large familys/groups.
. The pictures do not do it justice the house is huge... So much space and lots area where everyone can spread out and do different things. The games room was a good idea, but had a few dodgy chairs in there which just need tightening up.. The cinema room was great.. What an amazing idea.. A darts area at the back of the room. The only downfall was just little things like the double jacuzzi bath we couldn't get the screen on the bubbles going and the remote had no batteries.. Bit of a bummer when it is such a good selling point to the ensuite.. The outside hottub area just needs a bit of a clean the decking maybe needs a jet wash... And the stairs going up to the property which is over the bin area needs a good clean up. But overall a great place to stay.
