"This is lovely accommodation set in the quiet countryside."
It is extremely comfortable and everything you can think of is provided. There is a quiet sitting out area in the garden where you can relax with a good book and a glass of something. The very friendly owners are on hand, should you need anything. Lots of places to visit in the area.

"Fantastic cottage very roomy ,warm and spotless ,Great hosts live next door but very respectful of your privacy."
We manged to complete a further 50 miles of SWCP while staying here which was great .Would recommend KC.s Fish and Chips(10 mins away), The Square Porthleven(15mins away) and Mackerel Sky Newlyn(30 mins away but for us one of best places to eat in Cornwall our 4th visit) if friends are in the area would recommend the cottage as a place to stay.

"After a long journey we was welcomed with fresh scones, jam and cream."
Annette and Martyn were at hand if needed but everything was perfect.

"We had a wonderful week at Godolphin Barn at the start of 2024."
It is a real gem and everything is first class. It is so well situated for visits to north or south coasts and a perfect get away for couples.
Annette and Martyn were the perfect hosts and looked after us brilliantly.

"If you are looking for a beautiful, quiet, stunning granite barn, in gorgeous country surroundings but very close to fabulous parts of Cornwall, which offers very clean, superb attention to detail, thought of everything you might need quality amenities then Godolphin Barn is the place for you."
Annette and Martyn are the most welcoming, thoughtful, friendly and kind hosts which nothing is too much trouble for.
My first words were wow, wow and wow and the Cornish coffee/tea/sugar, homemade delicious cream tea, complimentary soap, dishwasher tablets, huge array of TV channels, very warm immaculate environment which looked like it had just been decorated was outstanding and perfect in every way.
Our hound was super impressed by the homemade biscuits, private and safe garden, the bowl and towels provided!
We will most definitely will return as it couldn’t get any better for us! Thank you, we’ve already recommended you! xx

"A lovely little bolt-hole with everything that a couple (and their dog) need for a stay in Cornwall."
A Very comfortable n=bed made it hard to get up each day and the wood-burner made it hard to go to bed.
A well appointed kitchen with some nice touches and a high tea waiting for us on arrival.
Highly recommended.

"Lovely, cosy property."
Everything needed and more was provided including dog towels and wood for the log burner. Lots of footpaths around the property and only 10-15 minutes from beaches. Also the enclosed garden for the dog was reassuring.

"We absolutely love Godolphin Barn."
This was our second visit and we will certainly return again! The property is in a quiet and secluded area near to wonderful beaches, countryside and attractions. Annette and Martin are super hosts and nothing is too much trouble. A gem of a place to stay that we are delighted to have discovered.

"A beautiful converted barn that is extremely well stocked with kitchen equipment and the bed was extremely comfortable."

Spotlessly clean with great facilities. We really enjoyed our stay and the location is so convenient for beaches and lovely harbours. We will definitely be back and Annette and Martyn made us very welcome with Cornish treats.

"Amazing accommodation and location."

"We could not have found anything or anyone better."
This property is a little gem and Annette the perfect owner. As ex holiday lodge owners, we found ourselves looking for problem areas but could find none. In fact Annette went out of her way to make our stay perfect, helping out where we had been forgetful !!
Very peaceful and quiet yet not too far from anywhere.
We cannot recommend this property and owners highly enough.
