Moving towards the rear of the property will bring you to the three well-presented bedrooms, consisting of a double with an en-suite shower room, a double and a twin room serviced by a shared, gleaming shower room, there's a bright and airy bedroom suitable for each member of the family.
Spend some time on the decking area in the morning taking in the glory of your countryside surroundings, before heading out to explore the excitement up close.

What a little hidden gem this beautiful lodge was!
!!! We could have stayed forever! Communication with the owners was absolutely first rate and they happily let us book in early which was so appreciated
Upon our arrival to Lodge Two, it was easy to find using the what 3 words app and there was clearly signage from the entrance and once in it was presented immaculate and comfortable.
It is the perfect location for exploring Cornwall and Newquay and St Austell are 30 mins away by car. Unfortunately we were given the incorrect key code but we had a number to call from the booking confirmation so wasn't too much of an issue but two sets of keys would work better as it's restricting if there are more than two drivers. I have given 4 stars as there were a few niggles that could easily be corrected i.e milk pots to go with the complimentary tea and coffee as after a long drive that was what we needed first! A welcome pack would be great with basic info and a basket to hold all those useful leaflets would make it look tidier. A few more utensils like a sieve, cheese grater and an extra baking tray wouldn't go a miss. There was only 4 place mats when the lodge sleeps up to 6 guests (we were a group of 5 plus and infant so one of us used the coasters as a place mat!
A great lodge & base for anyone wanting to explore lovely Cornwall.
We stayed 4 adults, 1 teen & a toddler (took our own travel cot). We have stayed with 2 teens before & space was fine. The lodge has pretty much everything you need (except a bread knife!). Comfortable & towels provided. Tv a bit complicated to use, but only watched for a short time each evening anyway. Lovely decking with seating (be careful very slippery when wet) & grass area for kids to play on. We visited St Ives, Looe, Newquay, Mevagissey, Polzeath, Wadebridge, Falmouth, Truro, Liskeard & St Austell. Would definitely recommend these lodges for a lovely stay
