The property was perfect.

Beautiful view and a huge garden perfect for our dog. Phil the owner was very friendly and helpful, and he loved having our dog and us in the garden. He didn't mind us having a family games afternoon in the garden, which was quite loud and raucous. He said he enjoyed seeing us all playing games as a family. He was happy to give recommendations for places to visit and eat. Accommodation was clean and well equipped. We would definitely stay there again.

Lovely well equipped kitchen, comfortable furniture and beds. Very clean throughout, the view was fantastic whatever the weather. The garden was perfect for our energetic puppy, but when she was sleeping a young stag deer visited absolutely stunning. A lovely location for exploring the area, plenty of pleasant walks. Phil was the perfect host do friendly and knowledgeable of the area, it was lovely to meet him and chat about the area. We can't wait to come back in the future, thank you.

This is a little gem , great facilities, great location and views to die for.

In a nice tranquil spot yet not far from all amenities .One of the highlights of the week was seeing a deer chilling out at the bottom of the garden in the early evening sun.Another was just sitting on the balcony overlooking Falmouth and watching the sun go down . The host Phil is a fantastic person with a fountain of local knowledge and enjoyed the little chats we had.He quickly solved the problem we had with the shower. Would definitely recommend

We absolutely loved our week at The Crows Nest, the property was great, an ideal location for some of the most beautiful parts of Cornwall.

The owner was fantastic, welcoming and friendly and full of knowledge about the sea and places to go visit. I've also got to mention the view from the property, it's stunning! We wanted to take it with us and we miss watching the ships and yachts already. We will definitley be back!!

Lovely, comfortable property. Clean and well equipped. My daughter loved the jacuzzi bath. As others have said, "great view". Who knew that cruise ships visited Falmouth (from a couple of non cruisers)! Interesting to see them manouvering. Also some wildlife which was a little unexpected. We saw some deer, a buzzard who came a couple of evenings to feed on the lawn. A "resident" pheasant. Heard an owl one night. A great base for a varied holiday, we went on a boat trip and did a walk at Malpass. Went to a National Trust property. Parked in Penryn and caught train to St Ives. Visited Falmouth (of course). Lots of things to do in the area without travelling too far. Goes without saying - lovely beaches

Phil was most welcoming . The facilities were excellent and the views were wonderful. We would definitely like to return sometime in the future as it was an ideal base for our travels.

The Crow's Nest is in a good location for exploring the Falmouth area and the Lizard.

There are lovely views across Falmouth Harbour. A good large open lawned area for dogs. Off road parking. The owner lives next door and was very welcoming and knowledgable for places to visit. Good pubs nearby especially the Royal Standard in Flushing and the Norway Inn for Sunday lunch. Another good place to visit is the Kennall Vale Nature Reserve which is a lovely walk, and Coverack Cove

This property is in a beautiful location.

It's furnished to a high standard and had everything we needed. It's perfect for a quiet getaway. We only had two nights but we were very impressed with the accommodation.

We had a lovely stay at The Crow's nest, the most comfortable property we have stayed in.

The view is just amazing. The owner, Phil, is a lovely gentleman and is always on hand to help with anything. Would recommend this accommodation to everyone.
