This idyllic holiday home benefits from a fabulous location close to all the beach and the myriad of attractions in Falmouth, yet away from the hustle and bustle in a tranquil setting by a flowing stream as well as three beautifully-appointed bedrooms and an open-plan living space welcoming six guests and their beloved canine companion.
Cross the threshold into the heart of your new home-from-home where the crackle of the electric flame-effect stove welcomes you, unwind here on plush sofas while the designated chef rustles up a delicious meal in the fully-equipped kitchen.
Dine together around the table or if the sun is shining step out onto the private decking and fire up the barbecue where the flowing steam creates a memorable backdrop to raise a toast to your getaway.
When the stars fill the sky over Cornwall, climb the stairs to wash off the day’s adventures in the bathroom before catching up on some much-needed sleep in either the double with en-suite shower room, a double or the twin.
Take advantage of the fantastic on-site facilities including tennis courts, a jacuzzi, splash pool and children’s play area before treating the family to a tasty meal at the on-site restaurant.

We’re just back home from another lovely week staying at Heron’s Reach, beautiful setting, good Clubhouse for food and drink and the cottage is just perfect.
There is everything we could possibly need provided for us when we arrive and the house itself feels so welcoming and cosy to settle straight into. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Note: Bookings for any other reason than holiday/leisure are not permitted on this site. This property cannot be used as private accommodation for work or business trips.
Any bookings for commercial/worker use will be cancelled and the owners reserve to right to refuse a refund.

Note: Seasonal opening times apply to the bar, restaurant, pool and Jacuzzi. The season usually runs from the beginning of April to end of October annually. The gym, tennis courts and children’s play area are available year-round.
Note: The shared splash/plunge pool is approximately 3 metres on either side with a 1.4 metre depth. It has a maximum capacity of 4 people at any one time.
Please note that due to essential maintenance, the plunge pool and jacuzzi will be unavailable from 11th to 22nd May. These dates are approximate, and the work may take longer than planned.
