This is a perfect apartment for a car-free holiday.

The beach is on the doorstep and St Ives is a lovely 30 minute walk or 5 minute train ride. We caught the bus to Zennor one day and walked back along the coast path. Stunning views from the apartment, clean, bright and airy with one of best equipped kitchens we've ever seen in a holiday let.

We were delighted with the property altogether.

The view was amazing and the cleanliness outstanding. ,the whole apartment was top class.

Absolutely amazing apartment!

The views over Carbis Bay beach were incredible – we enjoyed sitting on the balcony every morning with a coffee, watching the seals. Location was perfect, very close to coastal path and train station. Inside, the apartment was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed. The shower in the main bathroom was heavenly, and the bed was super comfortable. Parking was secure and straight forward. Wi-Fi was excellent. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

The apartment was perfect in every way.

It was spotlessly clean and welcoming. We loved sitting out on the balcony overlooking the sea, listening to the waves. It was sheltered so didn’t matter what the weather was doing! Would definitely stay at Ivory again, our favourite of all the Carbis Beech Apartments.

We loved our week in Ivory.

As a location, so easy to get to and a great base to make the most of the surrounding area and local eateries. The apartment is so thoughtfully considered - thank you! It’s well presented and super practical with everything we needed, all easy to find without rummaging! We appreciated the huge towels, varied sized mugs and glasses (so often too small or few in number late in the season) - everything we needed. The view is just stunning - we already miss the reassuring sound of the sea throughout the night, watching the waves from bed with a mug of tea each morning and taking in sunsets, plus we were so excited to watch beautiful seals in the surf daily. We can’t wait to return … thanks for getting it so right.

We had a wonderful holiday at Ivory!

We have visited these apartments many times but this was our first time at Ivory and we loved it. We look forward to returning in summer again. Everything was very clean and comfortable, and it had everything we needed. The decor is beautiful and the apartment is perfectly maintained. The view is spectacular and the balcony felt very private to enjoy spectacular sunrises. It’s very quiet inside and peaceful. The sound of the ocean is amazing and relaxing. The car parking is very easy. Disney Channel was a great surprise and much appreciated. I’m very glad we are booked to return soon.

We had a lovely stay in Ivory, stunning views which we always like to have, lovely decor, comfy bed , also loved having plenty of storage, a huge thank you to the owners for letting us have three extra so we were able to be there on new years day for my husband's birthday

Ivory is a beautiful apartment.

Everything you need and more. The kitchen is amazing. Two bathrooms. Ivory is so comfortable and luxurious. We relaxed instantly. The location is perfect. Stunning views and sounds of the sea from Master bedroom and lounge and balcony access from both. We left our car in the gated car park and either hopped onto the train or walked the coastal paths to so many beautiful places nearby. The beautiful ever changing Carbis Bay a very short walk away. We look forward to returning next year. Ann & Bill

Wow, Wow and Wow!

We have had the most wonderful stay here at the Ivory. The attention to detail by the owners has made our stay as a family of four very special. We have had a brilliant time reconnecting as a family - We have thoroughly enjoyed Carbis Bay beach and St Ives. We drove to Minack theatre and watched a matinee show. The spectacular views at The Minack theatre and here at the Ivory has been the most special part of our holiday. We will definitely be back. From The Juneja's.

I just wanted to provide feedback on our recent stay Starting with the positives, the bed was extremely comfortable, we have stayed in many of the other apartments in this block and this was by far the comfiest The balcony furniture was also comfortable, this seems overlooked in many of the other apartments and if the weather is good then it’s somewhere we would spend a lot of time so a huge tick for us Unfortunately there are negatives and a common theme within these apartments is The cleanliness which was poor to say the least.

There was an unpleasant smell in the kitchen which took a while to locate, but there are a few really heavy granite chopping boards and when we lifted them there was a puddle of stale cooking fat underneath, which smelt rancid In general the whole apartment felt like it needed a deep clean, we ended up buying cleaning products and doing it ourselves to bring it to an acceptable standard As a note for the apartment owner, whilst the kitchen was perfectly adequate, compared to a few of the others in a similar price bracket it is very dated and the appliances felt cheap. The light in the main oven is broken The duvet tog is also far too high for summer use The shower plug in the main bathroom is also broken The Bathrooms don’t have electric mirrors so you couldn’t see in them for all the steam and as there are no windows it takes an age for them to de mist The bedrooms had miniature mirrors and wall shelves which were too small to be able to use as a dressing table, to see in to get ready each day Whilst some of the above may seem picky, it’s what quite a few other apartments have got right and the reason I would choose them over Ivory in the future Cleanliness is the key issue and needs addressing

Well equipped apartment with stunning views

Fantastic apartment with incredible views and every possible amenity.

We really appreciated the tree and Christmas decorations. Huge selection of crockery and pans made making Christmas dinner very easy. We did park in the wrong space by mistake as we arrived in the dark so maybe mention the parking spaces are non sequential. Would highly recommend and we would definitely stay there again.

Dear Carbis Bay Holidays and Owner of Ivory , We stay annually in your apartments and have before stayed in Halfway Tree apartment previously (which is now a bit sad, worn and dated).

This was our first year in Ivory and it far exceeded our expectations and was even better than the photos. We absolutely loved our stay in Ivory as the amenities were all of a great quality with everything we required and more to make our stay comfortable. The cleanliness and the freshness of the elegant decor was much to our liking and in keeping with the location by the sea. We could see that much thought and care had been put into the interior decor. The kitchen was very well equipped with quality glassware and crockery. We love our coffee and were pleased that a coffee machine was available- we brought with us from home several sleeves of Nespresso to find that it was a different machine - a Bosch that required completely different pods. Thank you for the Kenco pods to get us started and we left some for the next visitors but it might be an idea to let your future guests know which sort of machine it is on the amenities list on line. One other small thing was that we switched on the heated towel rails ( as per instructions) in the main bathroom first and then the ensuite at another time and on both occasions the mains power tripped. My husband reset on the board in the hall cupboard. Thought you'd like to know this. Other than that we loved every moment in Ivory. Warm Regards, Ruth and Gordon Phillips

Beautiful apartment, luxury by the sea!

We loved Ivory and it had everything we needed for a relaxing week!

Ivory is one of the best apartments we have stayed in, the views are out of this world.

The apartment is clean, comfortable and has everything you could possibly need. I will definitely book again in the future 5 stars from us

We absolutely loved the apartment .

First class fixtures and fittings throughout and even a small motion sensor nightlight in the hallway. Fabulous location with views over Carbis Bay and with a small private path heading down towards the beach. Train station 2 minute walk behind the complex with frequent £2 return trains to St Ives, great for heading in for a meal or shopping. Lovely clean beach with a hotel/spa complex at one end plus surfboard/wetsuit hire on the beach itself.

We had a good stay.

A number of parking places in the car park were not in use, including the one for Ivory, due to construction work. A person from Carbis Bay holidays was very helpful and said that we could use the parking place of another apartment which was not being used last week. It would have been nice to have had advance warning of this issue. No construction work was carried out in the car park during our stay.

We have been twice before, however over the last 2 years we did struggle to book and went to other beach apartments. These were nice but this is our favourite place and a very special place. Perfect in every way! To have a week has been a real treat, this apartment and the views are stunning. Amazing! We have enjoyed some relaxing time, listening to the sea at night and watching the swimmers, seals & dolphins. We have also enjoyed the local area, some short drives (Lands End , St Michael's Mount) and had some lovely evenings out and amazing food.

Stunning views and great apartment, been looking forward to this for 9 months and worth the wait.

Helped by the weather, we did a lot of bay watching. Enjoyed fish & chips @ Becks, and a great little walk to St Ives. Great Italian @ Peppers. Had a great time at Godrevy, saw some seals and went exploring.

We had the most beautiful holiday and adored the balcony and bedroom view of Carbis Bay.

We've fallen in love with this place and hope to come back again soon.

We had an amazing week with lovely beaches and massive amount of shopping.

What and amazing, special apartment with dreamy views.

We have had a wonderful week, been to some lovely restaurants, swam in the sea and the train station nearby easy access to St Ives. The weather has been kind to us too. We will miss you Carbis Bay, until next time.

A real home from home. What a wonderful apartment! Stunning views, great location, especially for the beach, St Ives and the train station for adventures further away. We were exceptionally lucky with the weather, however even on stormy days, this place is pure magic. Thank you so much!
