Our 4th stay at Carbis Bay Beach Apartments and Sand Waves was by far the best, amazing views, beautiful inside and the extra space on the outside deck was fantastic.

Exactly as described online and the apartment is so well equipped with everything you would need to make it a home from home. All in all an amazing apartment and we will be back.

Dreamy view and a very well maintained apartment. Very convenient location, right next to the beach and the train station. Couldn’t be more perfect.

Absolutely stunning property and location.

The thought in amenities was beyond our expectation, and we really didn’t need to pack as much as we did in hindsight - beach chairs, tea, coffee, and many many others. Quality of the furniture, bedding, towels etc was excellent. And then in terms of location, the very best! Views and access to the beach were the best we’ve experienced in our management years of visiting Carbis Bay.

We even spotted seals from the balcony! The water was crystal clear and the whole setting was so peaceful and calming, perfect for a relaxing holiday. The location couldn’t be better, with the train station just a stone’s throw away for easy trips into St Ives. Gorgeous walks right on the doorstep too. Couldn’t recommend it more, a perfect coastal holiday in the UK

Very relaxing holiday

As with most accommodation we find the bedrooms far too light .

The spare bedroom is unbelievably light so we bought blackout bin bags and taped them to the windows inside and also the door to the passage as the lights there are very bright and in all night . Secondly, the basin in the second bathroom empties quickly even when plug closed as tightly as possible. What we do like is the quality of the furniture/ fittings and the fact that the flat is quiet. This is the 4th time we have stayed in apartments in this development and this is one of the best, and, apart from the light issues , would be the best

I would recommend the property as was wonderful to stay in and was even better than photos portrayed!

However the inability to contact a representative of Sykes is impossible! It was so much more personal when we used to deal with Carbis Bay Holidays direct! We left a day early so wanted to let you know in case made things easier for Housekeeping. Also wanted to have a chat with someone and rebook for the same half term week next year immediately either that apartment or to discuss what larger houses you had to the same standard to sleep two families! Unfortunately after ringing x2 different phone numbers I managed to find thru google then attempting to use your on-line AI & what’s app which again was a waste of time I gave up! If someone could possibly speak to me in person and call 07779135078 that would be most helpful! There are quite a few families book through you for that week to meet up - we’ve done it for years and we all reached the same conclusion! A great appreciation of the high standard accommodation but frustrating as holidaymakers about the agent! Thank you Kind Regards Victoria
