Very comfortable and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. A welcome gift that was so thoughtful and generous. So lovely to watch surfers, swimmers and seals. We had the most amazing week and would definitely come back but would definitely have to break the journey. It took 11 hours to get home but it was so worth it. Thank you Lyn & John

The apartment was amazing.

Angela and Don had thought of everything and we wanted for nothing. It was a real home from home, clean, comfortable with great facilities and quiet. The special gift that was left for us on arrival was really kind of them, a lovely thought. The views across the bays were breathtaking. Fabulous property, great location, five star

This is the 5th time of staying!

! We love it here, everything you could need and want, the view is outstanding and the walk into St Ives is 20 minutes away, the train station is a two minute walk and a one stop train ride… we’ll be back next year

Really enjoyed our stay at treth Ha Mor, it was clean tidy and the view was beautiful out to sea.

It was so nice to be able to take a very short walk for an early morning swim . My whole family really enjoyed their stay. Having the train just a short walk away was perfect to nip into St Ives or Penzance. the train pulls in slow so noise was not a problem at all, it is also a beautiful coastal trip. One very minor issue for us was the down stairs bathroom door handle came off in my son's hand but that is easy fixed. All in all it was well worth the visit and I would definitely take my family there again. many thanks.

Well what can I say!

This is our 4th visit to Treth Ha Mor… every facility you can think of. The train station is right around the corner and a 3 minute ride into St Ives, totally recommended and going back again next year!

This was our second visit to Treth Ha Mor.

We had a fantastic 2 week stay at this beautiful apartment. Apartment spotlessly clean on arrival, lovely to have to milk/tea/coffee/biscuits and juice after a long drive. The apartment had everything you needed and more, bed super comfortable. Had a linen change after the first week which was good. The view and location of the apartment is amazing, you can lose hours looking out of the window at the view and seal watching. Used the train into St Ives several times as only a 2 min walk from apartment, but also walked on coastal path (approx 20min). Explored further a field by car. Ate in some wonderful places, special mention to Lulas at Rockpool , and the Ugly Butterfly which is just a couple of minute walk down the steep hill to the beach, both were excellent. We love Carbis Bay and have visited numerous times .Treth Ha Mor is excellent, we really didn’t want to leave and will definitely return.

The property was lovely to stay in and had everything you need.

The views are the best. To hear and see the beach from the front was amazing . Loved the the walk to St Ives and able to see St Ives from Carbis Bay . We asked for twin beds to be replaced by King size bed and all we had was 2 single beds pushed together . It’s shame the 2nd room which was great size, had wall view and train sound . No sea view or window to open . The small room had single bed but the mattress needs to replaced . The middle section is well used. Great bathroom. Would I come again and book this property , the answer is Yes . Thanks

This is a well equipped place to stay.

Very close to the beach and a short train ride to St Ives. This place is away from the hustle and bustle. Very peaceful and lovely to hear the waves.

Absolutely loved the apartment, the view was outstanding.

Well equipped with everything you could need, very clean and comfortable. Perfect for the beach or St Ives, walkable along coastal path ( bit hilly but the views are amazing) or train, station literally at back of apartment so very convenient. There was no disturbance from train noise at all. We had a fabulous week and would definitely return, it’s absolutely beautiful. Also milk, chocolate, biscuits and apple juice on arrival, lovely thought, thank you

A lovely apartment in the best possible location.

You want for absolutely nothing, everything has been thought of. Lovely and clean and really comfortable beds. Lying in bed listening to the waves was pure joy! we enjoyed every minute of our stay and would highly recommend. We would like to pass on our thanks to the owners for the lovely thoughtful hamper they sent following some small issues with the tv/WiFi it was very much appreciated. Thank you to Carbis Bay Holidays too for your friendliness and efficiency. We had a really wonderful two weeks in this lovely apartment and would love to return.

Please don’t take this as a complaint and I am sure this will get sorted - the velux windows are new and had no facility to eliminate the light coming into the room.

Apart from this small issue we had a great time and the house is in a excellent position with stunning views. Thank you Gary

Great property with everything you could possibly need Fantastic views of beach and sea around to St Ives Easy access to station so getting to St Ives just 1 stop away is no problem but the walk along the coastal path is also quite easy with great views and only takes about 30 mins We had a great week away Thanks to the owner who should be very proud of this immaculate property

We were welcomed into a stunning accommodation- better than we had ever visioned!

The views, the location is outstanding. We arrived to a lovely little Cornish welcome hamper and the accommodation was equipped with more than you could even think of for a break away. Games, binoculars, books, sky tv breath taking views that made memories like our daily Seal watch, wether from the either of the sea facing balcony’s or a down to the 2 minute beach walk! Along side a well equipped kitchen that kept mum happy - the added coffee pods, tea, sweetener even some fabulous apple juice was waiting for us

Lovely property in a great location overlooking Carbis Bay.

It had absolutely everything. We played a game of name something we might use that’s not here. Playing cards, binoculars, post it notes, string! It got really silly. The coffee machine was a great asset and pods were provided. Very much appreciated thank you. The view was amazing and the beach had perfect soft sand and turquoise sea. St Ives an easy walk along the coast or 3 minutes on the train. Comfy beds, soft white towels, spotlessly clean. We all really enjoyed our stay. Many thanks to the owners for sharing it.

Lovely apartment with fabulous views across Carbis Bay.

Had everything that we needed. It rained heavily one morning and the skylight in the downstairs bedroom sprung a leak but we put a bowl there to catch drips so it wasn't a big problem.

The only slight issue was lack of drawer space in the downstairs bedroom but other than that everything was perfect.

The apartment was beautifully situated overlooking the bay and really well equipped. Couldn’t fault it .

This truly is a beautiful, thoughtfully and well equipped, home from home with stunning views.

The owners made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and the binoculars were put to very good use watching the gannets dive for food. Only possible issue might be parking as the garage is small but not a problem during our stay. Would definitely recommend this property.

Fantastic apartment with very thoughtful and comprehensive facilities with breathtaking views.

Great location with train so close made this a sound choice for a week away. Would have given five stars without a doubt had our stay not been badly marred by the intrusion of a cleaner on our last morning, the one day we set aside to relax. Just after 9am on the Friday whilst in our dressing gowns having breakfast my wife heard a key in the door and feared it may have been a male entering the apartment. However it was a female cleaner who said people usually come here Friday to Friday ( we were booked Saturday to Saturday) after checking to make sure we were right she left, but the experience of this did put a cloud over what should have been a good holiday.

This is our second return to Treth Ha Mor, we love it, booked for next year too!

The location was perfect!

The apartment had everything we needed and more! It was so well equipped it took the stress out of our holiday when we got there and realised the apartment was equipped with many things we’d even forgotten! It’s a minutes walk to the train station which is perfect if you would like a trip to St Ives for the day, equally, taxis are fairly cheap! The only downside to the apartment was there is black mold in 2 of the rooms, and we would have liked some fresh towels (provided with towels but there to last your stay!)

Accommodation was excellent, everything you needed including dishwasher tablets, washing machine tablets, washing up liquid,hand soap also enough toilet rolls all these things make a difference.

The only thing I would like to be different is the time we had to vacate the property, 9.00 am was early for us.

Wonderful spot. Second bed room a bit low on storage space and bed a bit small for tall teenage son. But otherwise perfect :)

"Our weekend at Treth Ha Mor started with a bang with the bonfire and fireworks display on the beach at Carbis Bay. The property had everything we could wish for, and the bed in the master suite was so comfortable. There were nice touches and the welcome pack, especially cream tea, was a nice treat. But the best thing about Treth Ha Mor are the views across the bay to St Ives, simply breathtaking. We even saw seals The coastal path to St Ives was very easy and made a change to catching the train – which is very easy from this apartment which overlooks the train station (but isn’t noisey). Completely Relaxing

The views are mesmerising and the apartment was perfectly equipped! A lovely coastal 30 minute stroll into the middle of St Ives - and a 3 minute return train from an evening out in one of the many restaurants. We had such a chilled week - we'll be back!

Amazing apartment with breathtaking views + everything you could possibly ask for + more. Lovely walks along the beach. Beck fish and chips are lovely. Weather has been lovely all week, will definitely be back next year x

Fantastic views and very convenient for the beach and train into St Ives (3 min journey).

Accommodation well equipped and we appreciated the provision of Nespresso capsules, dishwasher tabs, washing tabs and kitchen roll, foil etc - as well as the little welcome gifts and the milk in the fridge. Perfect balance of beautiful quiet beach and access to all that St Ives had to offer with restaurants, shops, pubs and boat trips etc. Loved Carbis Bay so much we’ve already re-booked Treth Ha Mor for next year!
