  • "This was our second visit to Treth Ha Mor."

    We had a fantastic 2 week stay at this beautiful apartment. Apartment spotlessly clean on arrival, lovely to have to milk/tea/coffee/biscuits and juice after a long drive. The apartment had everything you needed and more, bed super comfortable. Had a linen change after the first week which was good. The view and location of the apartment is amazing, you can lose hours looking out of the window at the view and seal watching. Used the train into St Ives several times as only a 2 min walk from apartment, but also walked on coastal path (approx 20min). Explored further a field by car. Ate in some wonderful places, special mention to Lulas at Rockpool , and the Ugly Butterfly which is just a couple of minute walk down the steep hill to the beach, both were excellent. We love Carbis Bay and have visited numerous times .Treth Ha Mor is excellent, we really didn’t want to leave and will definitely return.

  • "The property was lovely to stay in and had everything you need."

    The views are the best. To hear and see the beach from the front was amazing . Loved the the walk to St Ives and able to see St Ives from Carbis Bay . We asked for twin beds to be replaced by King size bed and all we had was 2 single beds pushed together . It’s shame the 2nd room which was great size, had wall view and train sound . No sea view or window to open . The small room had single bed but the mattress needs to replaced . The middle section is well used. Great bathroom. Would I come again and book this property , the answer is Yes . Thanks

  • "Absolutely loved the apartment, the view was outstanding."

    Well equipped with everything you could need, very clean and comfortable. Perfect for the beach or St Ives, walkable along coastal path ( bit hilly but the views are amazing) or train, station literally at back of apartment so very convenient. There was no disturbance from train noise at all. We had a fabulous week and would definitely return, it’s absolutely beautiful.   • "A lovely apartment in the best possible location."

    You want for absolutely nothing, everything has been thought of. Lovely and clean and really comfortable beds. Lying in bed listening to the waves was pure joy! we enjoyed every minute of our stay and would highly recommend. We would like to pass on our thanks to the owners for the lovely thoughtful hamper they sent following some small issues with the tv/WiFi it was very much appreciated. Thank you to Carbis Bay Holidays too for your friendliness and efficiency. We had a really wonderful two weeks in this lovely apartment and would love to return.

  • "We were welcomed into a stunning accommodation- better than we had ever visioned!"

    The views, the location is outstanding. We arrived to a lovely little Cornish welcome hamper and the accommodation was equipped with more than you could even think of for a break away. Games, binoculars, books, sky tv breath taking views that made memories like our daily Seal watch, wether from the either of the sea facing balcony’s or a down to the 2 minute beach walk! Along side a well equipped kitchen that kept mum happy - the added coffee pods, tea, sweetener even some fabulous apple juice was waiting for us

  • "Lovely property in a great location overlooking Carbis Bay."

    It had absolutely everything. We played a game of name something we might use that’s not here. Playing cards, binoculars, post it notes, string! It got really silly. The coffee machine was a great asset and pods were provided. Very much appreciated thank you. The view was amazing and the beach had perfect soft sand and turquoise sea. St Ives an easy walk along the coast or 3 minutes on the train. Comfy beds, soft white towels, spotlessly clean. We all really enjoyed our stay. Many thanks to the owners for sharing it.

    Had everything that we needed. It rained heavily one morning and the skylight in the downstairs bedroom sprung a leak but we put a bowl there to catch drips so it wasn't a big problem.

    The owners made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and the binoculars were put to very good use watching the gannets dive for food. Only possible issue might be parking as the garage is small but not a problem during our stay. Would definitely recommend this property.

  • "Fantastic apartment with very thoughtful and comprehensive facilities with breathtaking views."

    Great location with train so close made this a sound choice for a week away. Would have given five stars without a doubt had our stay not been badly marred by the intrusion of a cleaner on our last morning, the one day we set aside to relax. Just after 9am on the Friday whilst in our dressing gowns having breakfast my wife heard a key in the door and feared it may have been a male entering the apartment. However it was a female cleaner who said people usually come here Friday to Friday ( we were booked Saturday to Saturday) after checking to make sure we were right she left, but the experience of this did put a cloud over what should have been a good holiday.

  • "The location was perfect!"

    The apartment had everything we needed and more! It was so well equipped it took the stress out of our holiday when we got there and realised the apartment was equipped with many things we’d even forgotten! It’s a minutes walk to the train station which is perfect if you would like a trip to St Ives for the day, equally, taxis are fairly cheap! The only downside to the apartment was there is black mold in 2 of the rooms, and we would have liked some fresh towels (provided with towels but there to last your stay!)

    Accommodation well equipped and we appreciated the provision of Nespresso capsules, dishwasher tabs, washing tabs and kitchen roll, foil etc - as well as the little welcome gifts and the milk in the fridge. Perfect balance of beautiful quiet beach and access to all that St Ives had to offer with restaurants, shops, pubs and boat trips etc. Loved Carbis Bay so much we’ve already re-booked Treth Ha Mor for next year!

Just a short drive from iconic St Ives, the seaside village of Carbis Bay is best-known for its beautiful stretch of pure white sand. With turquoise waters and sheltered conditions, the beach feels almost subtropical and is the perfect spot for a good old-fashioned day by the sea. The beach is also home to the Ocean Sports Centre, so if sunbathing is not really your thing, why not hire a kayak or SUP and get out on the water instead. Or why not treat yourself to a Spa day at the delightful hotel which overlooks the beach and has a fabulous terrace where cocktails can be enjoyed in the Cornish sunshine?
