  • "We had a wonderful week at Rose View, 23/05/26 to 30/05/73."

    The caravan was spotlessly clean and all the lovely extras made the caravan a real home from home. We enjoyed relaxing on the deck on an evening watching all the birds and rabbits. The beds were super comfy and we did not want to leave. We will definitely book again and would highly recommend this beautiful caravan. Thank you for a super week!

  • "Was a lovely stay at rose view caravan, lovely and clean , absolutely loved seeing the rabbits first thing in morning."

    Definitely going to be booking to stay there in the next few months. Close and short drives to different locations in Cornwall. St Ives, Falmouth and Padstow are lovely little villages to visit.

  • "Excellent caravan with everything you need for a comfortable stay."

    The caravan was lovely and clean and lots of extra touches that you don’t get booking with the site direct for example maps, board games, tea and biscuits on arrival. This is our second visit to the site but first to this caravan but will certainly visit again. Very quiet site, if you are looking for lots to do on site then this is not the site for you. It is very peaceful and the van has wonderful views across the fields. Lovely to wake to birdsong. The site is in a very central location to lots of areas of Cornwall. This visit we did Boscastle, Trebarwith Strand, Polzeath, Rock, Padstow, Lizard point, Kynance Cove, Perranporth and Crantock. Simply stunning part of the world. Already planning our next trip. Thank you for sharing your amazing holiday home with us.

    The caravan is very clean and so cosy and has everything you need . The site is lovely and the food in the pub on site is absolutely amazing .The caravan is also situated in a lovely location perfect for exploring Cornwall. We will definitely be returning we didn’t wanna leave . Xx

  • "We have stayed at Rose View previously and it was perfect."

    That is why we are back again. A modern, clean and very comfortable holiday let. All the bits and pieces available for self catering; that said, the location is perfect for eating out locally or a short drive to Perranporth. Clearly, Ben and Rosemary strive to make Rose View a warm welcome. Excellent sums it all up - we will be back.

  • "Enjoyed a tremendous week at Rose View."

    The location is amazing, not overlooked and with views across open fields. On arrival the accommodation was extremely clean with a very homely feel to it. There were lovely little touches, like pot pourri in the bathrooms, a cabinet full of board games, an outside storage area with more games and badminton sets and everything you would need in the kitchen which was a relief. Having a supply of coffee, tea, hot chocolate, is great when you first arrive. The site itself was brilliant and we made use of the swimming pool many time during our stay which is large and the kids loved it. We also experienced the entertainment on site three times and visited the park, arcades and pool tables which were great. Overall, a fantastic stay in a lovely location made better due to the attention to detail from our hosts. Thank you so much

  • "Having stayed at Rose View previously we did not hesitate to return to what is a very comfortable, clean holiday let with all the necessary facilities, ie large TV screen, dishwasher etc."

    Also use of the swimming pool and the club with drinks, food including takeaway meals. The beach at Perranporth is a short drive away along with many other Cornish attractions. We will be back!

  • "A lovely clean and well equipped holiday home which is Located ideally within a short distance from the beaches and many other attractions in Cornwall."

    Clearly the owners have given a lot of thought in making the home so welcoming,ie Free WiFi, a 43 inch TV, with I player etc, DVD and a selection of DVDs. All in all a perfect stay in a home that is well maintained, beautiful and very welcoming.

  • "Lovely location with easy access to main roads for exploring Cornwall."

    Appeared clean and tidy on arrival, but a few crumbs missed in kitchen and still had a very slight ‘doggy’ smell in the living area (we aren’t dog people so maybe notice more than others). Well appointed with all you need and a lovely little welcome pack of essentials. Nowhere to hang towels or toilet rolls - the holders were missing/broken. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay very much and will recommend and also rebook when returning to the area. The holiday park is very peaceful, which suited us perfectly, but may be too quiet for those with children or those who want evening entertainment, etc.

  • "Well appointed mobile home, beautiful view and quite private."

    If I had been cooking for 4 people I would have struggled as there weren’t many pans and one casserole dish. Really could do with having WiFi. Everything else was great and was comfortable. Thank you to Rosemary and Ben for keeping the place in good order.

    Rose View was in a lovely quiet spot on the site, overlooking the garden and countryside. The property was welcoming and the homely touches made all the difference to usual holiday park accommodation which can be a bit sterile. I would recommend this property 100%.

  • "Rose View was an amazing place to stay."

    Not only the location but the lodge.was in a lovely place. Clean, modern and everything you could wish for for a comfortable stay. The welcome touches (milk, sugar etc) were a nice gesture and made you feel very welcome. The views from the decking were amazing and we very much enjoyed sitting there after our days out. We would definitely book this property again in the future and it exceeded all our expectations. Thank you very much.

    Lovely , inviting chalet , couldn't fault it ,our only disappointment were the staff in reception, our car let us down and wouldnt be ready until tuesday , we asked for another chalet until then , they only hire them for a week , even tho they knew we had nowhere to go , there were empty ones as saw them online , so i had to quickly find and book a hotel and taxi so we had somewhere to stay , they offered no help , the people onsite who brought theres were lovely and kind as they helped us even offered us a cup of tea , we would've booked again with you but due to there lack of care on site , im sorry we wont be ,not knowing the area and the situation we were in , you wouldve thought they could do something

    Dear Deby. I'm sorry that you had vehicle issues and the park staff failed to meet your expectations. However, beside renting a plot from them, myself nor Sykes are affiliated with the park. Unfortunately, you did not contact me or Sykes to explain your situation, otherwise I would have been able to extend your stay at the property or find you temporary accommodation whilst your car was being repaired. Enjoying a fabulous location with free on-site facilities, including an indoor pool, children’s play park, skate park and bar and restaurant, as well as being just a short drive away from Perran Sands Beach, Rose View makes for a delightful base for couples or a family of four looking to explore Cornwall.

Be welcomed into the open-plan living space, where you can look forward to impressing your guests with your culinary skills in the well-equipped kitchen, utilising the gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, along with a handy dishwasher ensuring an easy clean-up!

Goonhavern is a small Cornish village in an excellent position just two and a half miles inland from Perranporth, which lies in the heart of Poldark country, the setting for the novels of Winston Graham, who lived in Perranporth in the 1930s. Goonhavern is an active community with a traditional inn, village shop, garden centre and children’s playground. Once known as the source of the finest tin, the community still retains reminders of their rich heritage including abandoned pump houses, mine shafts and workers’ cottages. The nearby town of Perranporth has a beautiful sandy beach which at low tide stretches to three miles long and is overlooked by craggy rocks suitable for rock pooling. The beach is lifeguarded in summer, providing a popular family destination and hosted the 2016 British National Surfing Championships. Perranporth also offers a small selection of shops, restaurants and pubs including The Watering Hole, a unique pub situated on the sand in the middle of the beach offering live entertainment with a great atmosphere, good food and an amazing view of the sunset! The local Blue Hills museum and Perranzabuloe Folk Museum are both well worth a visit to understand the rich heritage of this coastal area. Further afield are the miles of sandy beaches at Crantock and Holywell Bay and the breathtaking coastal walks around St Agnes, much of it owned by the National Trust. For a greater selection of nightlife, restaurants and attractions, why not head for the coastal resort of Newquay (6 miles) Newquay is famed for its world-class surfing and has something for every taste and age including the popular Zoo, Waterworld indoor pool and the Blue Reef Aquarium. A perfect holiday base with activities to suit everyone. Truro (9 miles) the UK's most Southerly city is a vibrant centre of shopping, farmers markets, culture and impressive architecture right in the heart of Cornwall. Centre stage is Truro Cathedral. You will also find the River Fal, here you can catch a boat trip to Falmouth from the riverbank.
