Amazing property.

So spacious and clean plus very quiet. So handy for train station and St Ives too. The property has everything you would need. Can’t wait to return.

We were very happy we picked Atlantic Surf for our holiday stay.

The house was spotless and had every convenience. The wood burner was a godsend when the temperature dropped. The location was quiet and convenient. The lovely beach was nearby down a fairly steep hill that required a bit of effort when walking back to the house. We didn’t have the best weather but we had a great stay. We experienced a minor plumbing issue which was dealt with very quickly by the plumbers who came the same day. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and efficient. A mile down the road from the house was a wonderful bakery (Yvettes Pantry) with home made cakes and savouries we loved.

The property was clean and well maintained inside.

It was very well stocked in the kitchen. Two of the showers in the property are compact and therefore we used the over bath shower in the main bathroom. However for elderly people this is not ideal as there are no grab rails. The issue we had whilst in the property were water leaks coming through a light fitting in the bathroom and through the kitchen ceiling. The leeks happened 3 times in total and buckets were needed to capture the water which is not what you expect to have to contend with whilst on holiday. Whilst the property owner cannot be expected to control the weather we do expect them to inspect and maintain the property to ensure the property is suitable for rental.

This is a top end property with amazing facilities, you couldn't ask for much more.

It meets the expectation of the price. It isn't cheap but worth it!

Location is perfect away from the hustle and bustle of St Ives yet so close to the station. The kitchen is amazing and all quality utensils. Never stayed in such a lovely property before. Thank you

We all know how pictures can lie but when I walked in it was wow bigger than expected beautifully set out .

Kitchen was well equipped extensive amount of plates cutlery glasses nice touches like milk in fridge tea/coffee/sugar bedrooms spacious stunning views from windows lovely sunsets from single bedroom couldn't fault the bedding in fact had to order a pillow they were so comfortable all in all a wonderful experience would certainly recommend

Our second year back at Atlantic Surf and loved every minute of it!

! Great property, great location and beautiful views from the bedrooms. Such a pleasant little cul de sac and very quiet. It works as a great base to visit other towns and beaches from, and the added bonus it’s a couple of minutes walk to the train station so getting into St Ives at night is hassle free for tea and a walk about. The property also offers excellent utensils for cooking so for us it’s 10 out 10 for Atlantic Surf.

The property has a good location in a quiet close.

A short walk to the beach and south west coast path. A large and spacious house, very comfortable and well equipped, everything that you need. The fittings and equipment are of a high standard and the property was very clean. The garden is private and good to sit in. We enjoyed our stay in Atlantic Surf - thank you.

Lovely location, sea views from 2 of the bedrooms. Spacious. Home from home. Well stocked kitchen, everything thought of. There were only 3 of us staying. Used the downstairs shower room, which could do with a blind at the window. As the boiler is so far from all of the taps, hot water did take a while to come through even to the kitchen and downstairs shower room. We did not use the ensuite, due to its compact size. The upstairs basin took a while to produce warm/hot water. Some larger cushions, as someone suggested in the guest book, would be a good idea too. All in all would definitely return. The location was ideal. Visited Cornwall many times over the past years so access to any coast from Atlantic Surf is easy. Wouldn't hesitate in booking again. Lovely spacious property with everything you need.

Only negatives were the size & functionality of the ensuite and the comfiness of the lounge which would benefit from bigger cushions. Location was perfect for exploring cornwall.

Home from home for us, third stay and will come back again.

The house was immaculately clean upon arrival and the extra touches to welcome guests had been carefully considered and were a lovely touch. The kitchen was the best equipped place I have ever stayed in. Overall, a fabulous holiday home.

Absolutely loved the property it’s location was perfect in proximity to the beach and train station and located in a quiet cul de sac also it was a lot bigger in person compared to the photographs which was a good surprise not that it looked small to begin with.

Well equipped and the garage was a real bonus for storing wetsuits etc. Really well presented throughout and the small lounge and tv packages were perfect for the kids at night. Would definitely book again at its present standard.

The house was absolutely immaculate and smelt lovely as soon as we walked in. All the added extras for when we arrived was a lovely touch. Great location too. The only issues we had was, there was utensils for everything, but no cutlery! And we couldn't get the bath to work so had to use the shower head to fill it! This didn't impact our holiday but we would like the owners to know as I'm sure this will be rectified for future guests.

Lovely peaceful and extremely well equipped property, our 2nd stay as so good.

As a side note, there seemed to be historic water damage to ceiling in tv snug which we assume owner is already aware of. Would certainly stay there again.

Wonderful location. Faultless

The position of the property for us was perfect as it was great to walk for a coffee first thing in the morning and then onto the wonderful St Ives, never needed to use the car all week which for us was great.

Two minutes to Carbis Bay for a very refreshing swim. The property was the perfect base for us with everything we needed and would definitely return.

We absolutely loved Atlantic Surf, it was a beautiful property with everything you could possibly need.

Prime location, just a 2 minute walk to the beach, 10 minute car ride to a supermarket, 5 minutes walk to a lovely restaurant. We have had the perfect holiday and would definitely stay and recommend.

Beautiful property in great location.

Ample space for a family of five and very well equipped - it had everything we needed and more. Also had great outdoor space and easy access garage, and very convenient parking on the driveway. We would highly recommend and would like to return ourselves.

Spacious, very comfortable and well equipped property in a fabulous location.

The home is exactly as described on the website but still doesn't give the place justice. The only slight downfall is the late check in as 4pm is quite late when you are travelling a long way and you have to find somewhere / something to do if you arrive early.

What an amazing house.

Every comfort. Only complaint would be not having PIN for the Sky. As we were all adults... The watershed didn't apply and everything was unwatchable until 9pm. But thoroughly enjoyed our week. Would highly recommend Atlantic Surf to anyone. Will be back.

Absolutely beautiful property pictures don’t do it justice .

Well equipped with everything you needed Perfect location for Carbis Bay beach (although a very steep hills to get back up).. We loved our stay and convenient for lots of places to visit. Property obviously loved by the owners. We are booking to come back next year.

We were delighted with the property.

It was so well furnished with everything you could possibly need for a self catering holiday. The quality of everything was outstanding. Beds and pillows really comfortable. Our children and grand daughter liked the little snug and playing games on the PS4. The house was really quiet and well situated for walking up to restaurants like La Casitas, The Gannet Inn, and a short drive or longer walk to Becks Fish and chip restaurant. We could easily walk down to the station to catch the train into St Ives and walk on further down to the glorious beach and restaurants belonging to Carbis Bay Hotel. Weather was mainly dry and we thoroughly enjoyed our family holiday. I would just make one recommendation which would be to put a wardrobe rather than a hanging rail in the single bedroom. I am sure we will return one day.

Lots of hot water and very comfortable beds. Excellent location close to the train station, beaches and local cafes/restaurants/amenities. Would highly recommend.

Everything is of a high standard and good quality furnishings. It was great to have the use of the double garage.

Amazing holiday and house.

Cannot believe the increase in price though for same week next year. Over double. That is taking advantage of the current situation which I think is terrible.

Atlantic Surf in Carbis Bay was a great place to stay: proximity to the beach, off road parking, short walk to shop, garden to play in, tastefully furnished, spacious, well equipped.

It ticked all of our boxes for what we look for in a holiday home, and given its location in the beautiful Carbis Bay, we decided after a few days that we would definitely come back, and went online to book Atlantic Surf again for next year. To our dismay and shock, though, we discovered that the price had gone up by 45% for the same 2 weeks next year. We felt we paid a premium rate this year and the house certainly was worth that. At over £5300 for the same two weeks (one night less actually...) next year, we sadly won't be returning. Such a shame. Will have to look elsewhere.
