Fabulous location & view.

Apartment clean & comfortable, but showing signs of lack of attention. As someone already pointed out, the view is the selling point, but on arrival the windows & balcony screen were filthy. I cleaned them & despite wind & rain, they stayed clean for 10 days, so I don't know when they were last cleaned. A lot of the instructions are out of date, so that was very frustrating. The TV wasn't working (aerial lead ) spent ages looking for skybox as in the instructions, but there isn't one. The tumble drier was broken- so left us without dry towels (you're only given one set for a week). The gutter above the balcony is leaking, so drips on you even when rain stopped. You can't read the dial on the oven. This was all relayed to Sykes/Carbis bay holidays- they sent more towels & fixed the drier, but that all took several phone calls & chasing up. We would return, because the apartment is great - it just needs some care & attention.

A fantastic flat, The only let down is the balcony.

This is the first photo on the photo shots. In reality it is scruffy, wants painting, tiles cleaning, patio doors require a good clean and the balcony does not get the sun later months of the year. Apart from this, it's a good base to visit St Ives. Use the train,£2.10 return, it's far cheaper than parking the car £7.50 for 4 hrs then a £4 bus ride to the town centre.

Super apartment, fantastic views, very spacious.

The only negative is that we had no WiFi or internet all week despite resetting the router. As ridiculous as it sounds you need this to book restaurants and trips out. We had to go to the train station to get on their free WiFi when we needed it. The handbook states you can only report it at the end of the holiday as it’s a free WiFi !
