Amazing stay, stunning views and an apartment that had everything we needed.

Really lovely and very attentive hosts too! Great location for getting around Cornwall, easy to find and ample parking. Great size for 2 guests. Only note is we bought our own tower fan with us due to the extreme heat and that was a lifesaver! The place was not boiling but the fan certainly helped to get some airflow round the place of an evening.

Great accommodation.

Short stay but still managed to visit The Pandora,Punch Bowl and the Heron(expensive). Having lived in Truro a long time ago this was a nostalgic trip for us. Steps to property were a little trying as we are now both in our 80's.

Spires was a great place to stay for our trip to Cornwall back in May!

The hosts were respectful and considerate. The accommodation itself has a brilliant view to look out onto, and especially enjoyed the sunset in the evenings. It was just where we needed to be, to travel with ease to our event and also to spend time in Falmouth and the surrounding areas for the days after.

The feeling of being outside in the countryside whilst being in the comfort of indoors. Everything you need for a stay. Great location to explore the south, south west and north west coast of Cornwall. Close to Truro and Falmouth. Would love to stay here again. Spires is private with lovely private gardens and balcony. Great host who are friendly and helpful

Everything you'd need in the apartment and really well thought out. Comfy bed and the rainfall shower was lovely. We had a great time!

The property is in a very good location, has a fantastic view and is obviously well maintained.

Inside the property which includes the seating area, the bedroom, the shower room and the kitchen provides everything you need for a stay in Cornwall. We feel the one thing that would benefit The Spires would be the addition of a gate at the top of the stairs. This would’ve allowed us to sit out on the balcony without having a lead on our dog.

A great stay in a really good location for us.

Property was exactly as described. Bed very comfortable, property was clean and well maintained. Would stay again. I banged my head on the kitchen worktop at the back of the sofa when standing up - need to ensure sofa is pulled forward. Also a clothes airer would be a good addition and the key was very stiff to lock the door but opened easily. But overall a very good property and so many lovely walks / things to do in the area.

Great location with great views (and sunsets) from the balcony.

Metal steps up to the apartment which would not be ideal for all. Stylish presentation and well equipped open plan space. Comfy bed and great shower with plenty of hot water. Minor maintenance issues around the place. Thank you very much to David for coming so promptly to sort out the door when it blew back in the wind. The lock was also rather stiff and is probably at risk of jamming.

Lovely base to explore Cornwall.

We were meeting friends over the week at various points on the SWCP. Ideal location. Well equiped with stunning views. Cream tea for as appreciated

It is such a beautiful property and we enjoyed every moment. We particularly enjoyed each evening looking at the view and watching the sky darken and the stars appear. It's the most relaxed we've been in months. The sparkly shower room is a delight and the kitchen facilities are great. The bed is so comfortable. Luckily I had taken clothes hangers with us as there is no wardrobe. The chest of drawers were fine and there were hooks to hang clothes on. The location is great with vistas overlooking fabulous Cornish countryside. With Truro just up the road and the north and south coats just a short drive away. Amanda made us feel very welcome and we feel sure to return again sometime.

Great location for sight seeing throughout Cornwall, Very light apartment and open plan, the bed was super comfy.

As it is light and open I would recommend taking eye masks if you like to sleep in. Host was very considerate and contactable if we needed anything.

We and our dogs had a great stay at Spires.

Everything was very good, the location, close to Truro (shops) and close to the coastal paths. For the first dog walk in the morning you can cross the street and walk to Jubilee woods. The friendly owners live next door.

We had a glorious week in Cornwall in this well appointed apartment.

The owners were friendly and welcoming, and provided lovely homemade scones and additional extras which were a nice touch. The views across open fields and beyond from the apartment were exceptional, and the balcony lovely to sit on after a long day of fun! The garden was great for our dog, although most mornings we accessed the bridle path and woodland directly opposite the property, for longer early morning walks. This is a well appointed property is perfectly located for exploring all the coastal areas of West Cornwall. My husband, myself and our dog Henry had a fabulous time and hope to return later in the year.

Spires is a really lovely property with great views and a homely feel, helped with the fact that pets are allowed.

The owners live close by and were friendly yet not intrusive. A good place to have a break away from The hustle and bustle.

The property was excellent and modern with a great outlook and everything worked properly.

Cleanliness of the property was good although some cutlery and cooking utensils were below standard, probably as left by the previous tenants. Access is by quite a steep outside staircase that could potentially be tricky for older people. There is a large parking area and garden available for use.

My girlfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this perfect cottage.

The modern interior was exactly what we were looking for, twinned with beautiful views.

Stunning apartment with beautiful views (deers in the meadow) . Apartment in a perfect place to visit all areas or to stay in and enjoy the peaceful view. One of the best equipped Holiday homes we have stayed in, hosts have thought of everything and more and great quality items too, the cream tea on arrival was a lovely thought, (tea, coffee and milk). The bed was like sleeping on a fluffy cloud, sweet dreams every night. Will definitely recommend and stay again when coming to the area again
