  • "We visit Crantock at least 3 times a year stopping in a variety of accommodation."

Without a doubt this is the best place we have had the pleasure to stay in. Everything was spot on, warm and cosy. Comfortable settee and bed top quality bedding and towels. Very clean modern with all the essentials plus extras. The garden is a delight with outstanding views. Our visit was a sad one, bringing our beloved dogs ashes back to the place he loved. We will be back in March and May stopping in Seacroft and we cannot wait. The owner should be proud that she cares about her guest and it really shows. Thank you

  • "This is a lovely holiday cottage."

It is warm (underfloor heating), exceptionally clean, very well equipped and has superb views from the garden. It is located within easy walking distance of one of the best beaches in Cornwall and is a short stroll from a shop and a couple of pubs. It has off-road parking and a large garden which is secure for dogs. The bed is king sized and very comfortable. The shared games room is a bonus. We think the addition of a coat stand in the lounge would be of benefit. We would definitely return.

Dear George, I’m so very pleased to read that you found Little Seacroft to be so lovely. Yes, the underfloor heating is delightful isn’t it, I’ve always enjoyed the feeling of that underfoot. Glad that you found it to be exceptionally clean; I have a wonderful team that are now facilitating the changeovers and managing the property. Absolutely, the views are an exceptional asset to Little Seacroft as well as the close proximity to the beach, shops, and pubs. And I’m 100% with you, I think Crantock is one of the best beaches in Cornwall too. Wonderful that you found the off-road parking and large garden to be useful, the king-size bed to be very comfortable, and the shared games room to be a bonus. I think you make a really valid point regarding the coat stand. Following your comment, one has been ordered; thank you for the suggestion. Fantastic to read that you would definitely return; when you do, bring all your coats, you can test out the new feature! Take good care, Michelle Property Owner

  • "Lovely location , well equipped , unfortunately it needs a deep clean everywhere ..."

Lovely location , well equipped , unfortunately it needs a deep clean everywhere , the dogs ball went under the sofa and bed and I was horrified with the dust hair and dirt , probably explains the constant coughing and wheezing we both experienced otherwise I would have rated this property highly

Dear Jayne I am so sorry to read your experience. As you may have read in the property handbook, this is my first foray into holiday letting. I had employed a local cleaning company who had been highly recommended, and I am most disappointed, and angry on your behalf, that the cleaning wasn’t completed to the standard that you or I would expect of a holiday home. I really appreciate the time you have taken to comment upon your experience, and your words have made a tangible and beneficial impact on Little Seacroft. I can assure you, that should you and your human and canine companions wish to return, your experience would be very different as I have subsequently employed a different cleaning company to prevent this ever happening again. Additionally, I would like to thank you for the even-handedness of your feedback, particularly your reference to the ‘lovely location’, describing the property as being ‘well-equipped’, and stating that had the cleaning not been an issue, that you would have ‘rated this property highly’. I can understand that many people in a similar situation may not have felt inclined to present such a balanced perspective, so I would like to thank you specifically for your kindness in doing so. Take good care, Michelle Property Owner
