Handy for the main through road a mile or so away. No better base for exploring Cornwall and we hope to be back. Highly recommended and thank you for a great time.

  • "Zoe greeted us on arrival & gave us a little tour of the cottage."

Wow the photos really didn’t do it justice as it was bigger than we expected. There was a very welcome complimentary cream tea & bottle of Prosecco too! Little extra touches such as tea & coffee.Fresh laid ,free range ,eggs from Holly’s hens.& a vase of fresh cut flowers.Zoe keeps the cottage very well equipped that it’s a real home from home.We we’re the first to benefit from a recently refurbished shower room which was an added bonus.Manor Farmhouse is ideally situated for exploring all that Cornwall has to offer. The A30 is minutes down the road.We ventured out everyday & Zoe was very knowledgeable about the area & various places of interest. We took the train from St Erth to St Ives ,as recommended ,a perfect way to see the beautiful coastline. We visited many National Trust areas on the doorstep such as Wheal Coates,Godrevy,Kynance Cove & The Lizard Point. One of our highlights was a trip to The Minack Theatre & well worth the visit. We also loved the Cornish charm of Mousehole & Cadgwith Cove. The County really has something for everyone. The only negative was the fact Storm Eunice kept us in on our last day but she certainly didn’t spoil our holiday! Thankyou for your warm hospitality Zoe we definitely found Our “Wonderful” at Manor Farmhouse. We’ve already recommended you to Family & Friends

We absolutely loved hosting the wonderful Jill & Ivan! Left the cottage immaculate and we enjoyed our frequent catch ups, hearing about your adventures despite the storms! “Find the wonderful in Today” is a special saying in our lives and to hear our guests finding theirs and making special memories makes hosting all the more rewarding! Thank you Property Owner

The cottage was exactly as we had expected from the description and photographs, perfectly placed for the days out that we had planned. The only let down was the weather on one day, but the cottage was a warm and welcoming base to come back teach day. Zoe and Murray were both very friendly and helpful hosts with local information.
