  • "Cannot fault anything with my stay and would come back here and highly recommend to my friends/family."

There is everything you need in this property and no little detail was missed from a beautiful welcome pack to the splendour and detail of Perranpearl B. I will definitely be back and thankyou for making my time so special.

  • "A lovely comfortable studio apartment with everything we needed for our two week stay."

Plenty of storage, a comfortable bed and bright furnishings. The welcome basket we found on our arrival was brilliant as it contained practical items, bread, butter, milk, tea and coffee but also tasty treats. Most of which were Cornish products which we very much appreciated. Thank You. Heidi and Tracey were friendly and helpful to us and small issues we had were dealt with promptly and professionally. We look forward to staying again.

  • "I met with the lovely owner and after some confusion about the booking (issues with sykes messing up timings) she was very friendly, helpful and accommodating."

I also mentioned that I booked due to thinking it was ground floor, easier access for me but in fact you do have to go a flight of stairs to the apartment below. The owner is going to put this on the listing (mistakes happen and things are missed. We're all human). None of this stopped me enjoying my holiday and as I said, the owners couldn't do enough to help me. These were not criticisms but a bit of feedback which the owner was grateful for. It's lovely and peaceful, couldn't even hear the neighbours upstairs. I would definitely be back here and recommend to friends. Thank you again so much for everything, including the welcome hamper.

Hi Jessica, thank you for your feedback. I did check on the website and with Sykes and they had always listed that there were steps but I have ask them to make it bolder. There are no steps with Perran Pearl A but with Perran B there are outside steps to go down. I also spoke to them about you believing that you could check out at a much later time and they did disagree stating it was on your booking, therefore, you may wish to liaise with them. It was lovely to meet you and I hope we see you again. Property Owner

  • "This was my 2nd stay at the Perran Pearl Apartments, having stayed in Apartment A the first time."

..This time I chose Apartment B, it didn't disappoint. It's more compact than Apt A but still has all the amenities you require if you want to relax and eat at home. I'm not much of a cook so didn't use the appliances apart from the TV which allows you to pull it away (hinged arm/bracket) from the wall to watch TV in bed. It's a stylish and modern Apartment which is tucked away for privacy, peace & quiet. Heidi provides guests with an exceptional welcome gift, I personally think it would be hard to beat - anywhere!! I wouldn't have a problem recommending the Apartments to anyone. Once again, the outside offers a place for your Breakfast or Evening meal or you can open up the patio doors to let the outdoors in. It also offers plenty of security lighting for your late return back from Perranporth Town....or from anywhere else.

Hi Philip, thank you for your lovely feedback as before and I very much hope we see you for third time. Property Owner

  • "Everything you could possibly need for an amazing holiday."

The finishing touches, i.e decor, coffee machine, food hamper, and use of beach towels etc, Heidi has catered for everything- amazing location, very safe in a residential and quiet location but within throwing distance of beach, bars etc - had a blissful week, loved every minute! Cannot fault attention to detail, Heidi has thought of everything and perfected the art of host

Jackie thank you for your lovely feedback and I am glad you had a good stay during the extreme heat wave that we had. Again thank you so much we really appreciate it and it is good to know that we are getting it right. Property Owner

  • "A really enjoyable holiday."

Apartment just outside town centre for an easy walk in (bit if a hill on the way back !) but within a quiet residential area. Not particularly large but big enough with space for car. Only about a month old when we visited so everything clean and fresh but get impression owners will keep it that way..Very generous welcome basket. Attentive but not intrusive owners. Highly recommended.

Thank you so much for your kind feedback. I hope to see you again. Property Owner

  • "Really loved Perran Pearl B, everything is brand new including a lovely, good quality and comfortable king-size bed."

The small patio area was ideal to enjoy a cuppa or glass of wine whilst relaxing and I particularly enjoyed the water feature. The welcome basket was an unexpected bonus and included a cream tea, treats and fresh bread, with milk, butter and cream in the fridge – perfect to enjoy after a long journey. Wi-Fi was good which is a must for us. The location is great, a short walk to the town and beach and the apartment is tucked away in a lovely quiet location. Plan to book again for later this year.

Thank you for your very kind and detailed feedback, I really appreciate you taking the time, it is really helpful to us. I hope we will see you again. Property Owner

About the location

PERRANPORTH

Newquay 9 miles; Truro 9.5 miles.

Perranporth, a beautiful Cornish coastal town, lies in the heart of Poldark Country, the setting for the novels of Winston Graham who lived in Perranporth in the 1930s. Perranporth offers plenty of traditional pubs and shops, plus a classic bucket-and-spade beach that is lifeguarded in summer, overlooked by craggy rocks and a wonderful coastal path. Once known as the source of the finest tin, the community still retains reminders of the rich heritage with abandoned pump houses, mine shafts and workers’ cottages. The local Blue Hills Museum and Perranzabuloe Folk Museum are both well worth a visit to understand the fascinating history of this coastal area. Further afield are the miles of sandy beaches at Crantock and Holywell Bay, and the breathtaking coastal walks around St Agnes, much of it owned by the National Trust. A perfect holiday base in Cornwall, with an abundance of activities to suit everyone.
