Little Roskrow

The property was perfect but a little remote from everything, not able to walk to any restaurants or shops, the accommodation was 1st class and it helped having the owner living next door for any slight hitches that occurred, all in all I would recommend Little Roskrow if you want peace and quiet.

This is a wonderful property with distant sea views and a lovely rural location.

It was nice and spacious and being on one level was ideal for people with limited mobility. However, there are two steps into the property as well as a few shallow steps from the parking area to the property itself. The bed was also very comfortable. We will definitely look at staying here again, next time we are in Cornwall.

From communication before we arrived through our experiences throughout our stay Sheila and Roy were excellent hosts We didn't actually speak to them much but the property was everything we could have expected and we knew they would respond if we had needed them.

The property is in a perfect location for access to all parts of Cornwall and all amenities we could have wanted are close by. The family dogs (especially May the Shepherd) are friendly and welcoming.

We really enjoyed our stay - the apartment was spotless and felt very spacious.

The only slight disappointment was that photograph number 34 on the Sykes website gave the impression of a clearer view. The hedge has grown a lot since then, so the outlook from the apartment is more restricted than we expected.

My only thought was that it is probably not suitable for those less able due to the very steep steps to the property

Little Roskrow is a beautiful property, very comfortable, it was spotlessly clean, it is in a good position to enable you to visit various places along that coastline.

We had a wonderful holiday and Sheila and her husband made us very welcome. I would recommend the property to anyone.

The accommodation was spacious and airey and the bed was very comfortable. Everything week needed for a weekend break. The owners were very welcoming.

We had a lovely stay at little Roskrow the accommodation was well equipped, spotless and comfortable especially the bed, we've never slept so well.

We thoroughly enjoyed the pretty outdoor secluded area with views across fields to Falmouth and the sea. Great base for exploring South West Cornwall. Trip over to St. Mawes on the ferry is a must. Thankyou Sheila for the much appreciated little extras. Hope to be back soon.

The property has everything you need and very comfortable.

The views towards Falmouth are brilliant. All of the furnishings and appliances are of a very high standard. The shower and bathroom is excellent. The only small down side are the steps leading up to the property which makes it a bit hard when you unload and load the car. Whenever we want to visit the area again we will return to the property.
