The property

Sandy Toes is a welcoming holiday retreat tucked within the lively Newquay Bay Holiday Resort, offering the perfect base for a Cornish escape.

Sleeping up to six guests and welcoming pets, it’s ideal for families or friends keen to enjoy the coast, with beaches, attractions and local charm all within easy reach.

Step inside and you’ll find a bright, open-plan living space that makes relaxing easy.

The lounge features comfortable seating, an electric fire, TV and free WiFi, just the spot for unwinding after a day at the beach or enjoying a film on a quiet evening in.

The dining area seats six, while the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a family meal, including a gas oven and hob, microwave, full-size fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle and all the essential crockery and utensils.

The caravan offers two bedrooms, a double with a walk-in wardrobe, dressing table and mirror, and a twin room with handy storage.

There’s also a pull-out sofa bed in the lounge for extra guests and space for a travel cot if needed.

The bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower, basin, WC and heated towel rail, while bed linen and towels are included for the main bedrooms.

Outside, a generous grassy area sits beside the caravan, perfect for children to play or for dogs to stretch their legs, and parking is conveniently located nearby.

On-site, the resort offers something for everyone, from indoor and outdoor swimming pools to a clubhouse, play areas, shop and seasonal entertainment.

When you’re ready to explore, Porth Beach and Lusty Glaze are close by for sandcastle building or surf watching, while Newquay Zoo, the Blue Reef Aquarium, and Trerice Manor offer great family days out.

Newquay is the home of the UK’s surf scene, boasting eleven beaches and over seven miles of golden sand, three major beaches, the National Surf Centre and an endless supply of rolling surf, making it a beachlovers and watersports paradise. The town, with its zoo, sea life centre and varied selection of restaurants and pubs, also promises a holiday to remember. For avid walkers, the South West Coast Path passes in both directions along a stunning coastline of high cliffs, hidden coves and yet more beaches. The quaint harbour and fishing village of Padstow is just 14 miles away, while Truro, with its museums, cathedral, restaurants, and cobbled streets, as well as the Eden Project, can be reached within a short drive. Picturesque St Ives and the Tate St Ives gallery is just a train ride away. In fact, because nothing in Cornwall is far from Newquay, it’s the perfect touring base.
