  • "Fantastic location near central Falmouth Well maintained smart property Amazing view of harbour I would love to stay again but on this occasion I specifically needed a car parking space as I was transporting a full load; this was the priority for my accommodation search."

It was only few days before I went that it became apparent space was only for a small car. I went down few days later and had to leave car a good distance from the property and hope- .all was well but it caused some anxiety and shortened my trip. This should form core of property information.

Thank you for taking the time to complete your feedback. We are so glad that you had a lovely stay and enjoyed both the property and its location. On the website It does state that parking is suitable for a small or medium sized vehicle such as a Ford focus, it is not suitable for wide or high vehicles such as SUVs. Also that guests can contact the owner for information and alternative options, additional adjoining car park space for a small charge if available. We do hope very much to be able to welcome you back again at a later date. Property Owner

  • "Lovely apartment and views."

Very clean and comfortable with excellent facilities. Difficult access, not recommended for people with mobility problems. Car parking is very tight even for a small vehicle.
