Sea Boots is a bright and welcoming holiday cottage in the lively seaside town of Newquay, Cornwall, offering sea views from the master bedroom, kitchen, and garden decking. With a multi-level enclosed garden, three comfortable bedrooms and an enviable central location, this cheerful retreat is perfectly suited to families or friends eager to soak up the best of the Cornish coast.
Step inside and you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen, ready for whatever culinary experiments or quick breakfasts you’ve got planned. There’s an oven and hob, microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster — all the essentials for easy self-catering. The adjoining living/dining room brings everyone together, whether for a hearty meal, a film night on the TV, or a few board games after a day by the sea.
Upstairs, three inviting bedrooms await, a super-king-size, and two twins that can be made into a super-king-size and a king-size on request. They're each tastefully furnished to offer a restful night’s sleep after coastal adventures. The family bathroom features a bath with a handheld shower, a free shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC, giving everyone space to refresh and recharge.
Step outside and discover the garden, spread across several levels with a patio, lawn and decking area. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee in the sea air, or simply bask in the Cornish sunshine.
When you’re ready to explore, the golden sands of Newquay’s famous beaches are within easy reach — Fistral, Towan and Great Western all promise superb surf, dramatic views and lively beachfront cafés. The town itself is brimming with character, offering boutique shops, pubs and seafood restaurants serving the day’s catch. For a change of pace, Holywell Bay and Perranporth are just a short drive away, ideal for long walks along the dunes or a dip in the Atlantic. The cathedral city of Truro offers a dose of history and independent shopping, while Padstow tempts with its charming harbour and top-class eateries.

We really felt at home in this comfortable house.
It was a perfect base to explore the great beaches around Newquay and have a wander around the town. The house has three large, comfortable beds and a modern bathroom upstairs with bath/shower. Downstairs has a dining room-living room and a separate kitchen with access to a raised deck (with outdoor furniture for eating outside). The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals (including an airfryer). The dining room has plenty of space at the table for 6 people and the comfortable couches are nice to lounge around on after a long day on the beach to watch the large TV. I could fault very little in the house and we (2 adults and 3 children) felt very relaxed there. It's a terraced house but we barely heard the neighbours at all. The location is spot on also, we walked about 10-20 minutes to any of the main beaches. The popular Fistral beach was an easy 15 minute walk and is well set up for a long day out. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone, and I hope we can return again in the future.

The location, the view, the size and character of the house were excellent.
We couldn't figure out how to get normal channels on the tele but there were better things to do anyway! I'm nit picking here though.

The beds will be set up as 1x super king and 2x twin rooms. If you would like for the beds to be set up differently, please contact us no later than a week prior to your check in, and a last minute request will incur a fee.
