What guests are saying

If we hadn't been committed to staying in Gerrans, we would not have stayed.

The accommodation bore little resemblance to the images shown online and we felt it had been minimally equipped with little consideration for guest comfort and convenience. The property contained several cleanliness and maintenance issues. The sofa was stained, the guest information handbook was out of date, and the kitchen facilities were very basic, consisting of a two-ring hob, limited crockery and cookware, and minimal seating. The sink area and cupboard space beneath were dirty and contained cobwebs. The downstairs shower room and toilet felt dated and the overall decor was tired. The flooring also remained damp for a considerable period after arrival. We were disappointed with the standard of towels provided and felt that the outdoor area, including the hot tub space and seating area, was neglected and not maintained to an acceptable standard. Overall, we felt the property's current condition did not match the expectations created by the listing photographs.
