What a fantastic place we have come across.

A beautiful house in a perfect spot in Marazion. A very comfortable & clean house & a lovely large garden that our little girl loved running around in. The owner has thought of everything & there was nothing that it lacked, with great communication with us right from the start. We will definitely be returning in the future to this lovely property.

One of the cosiest places we’ve stayed, even with having a 6 week old baby with us and a goofy husky we had a great time staying here.

Everything was great quality, amazing wifi for the area as well, a great walk down to the beach and great views all day long.

We have been coming to Cornwall for many years and this was by far the best cottage that we have stayed in.

It exceeded expectations, the photos don't do it justice. It was clean, comfortable and so well equipped. Sharon was so welcoming and helpful and the welcome cream tea and easter eggs were a lovely touch. Thank you and see you next year

The house is perfect for a family holiday.

It's very clean and extremely well maintained. The owners welcome you and are at had if there are any problems. We have stayed here 2 times and will definitely be back again.

Ocean Breeze was spotlessly clean throughout, very comfortable and spacious with an enclosed garden.

Sharon is a fantastic host, and communication was great. The welcome pack was muchly appreciated and our dog enjoyed her treats too! The house is in a good location for exploring the area and a real home from home. We will return in the future, thank you Sharon for a fantastic stay.

A lovely house in a good position.

It was very clean and well equipped. Everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Good sized rooms with lovely views, and we were very well looked after by the owner. Would definitely recommend!

What a fabulous place to stay, immaculately clean and very very comfortable it had everything we needed and more, lots of lovely touches left for us by the owner Sharon, Prosecco, cream tea, chocolate and even a birthday card and sweeties for our Grandsons Birthday, she really is the best host and was always on hand to answer any questions, would highly recommend Ocean Breeze.

The property is exactly as shown in the photos. It's extremely comfortable, clean and a real home from home.

There was everything we needed. It was nice to get a welcome of bottle of wine and cream tea. The owner was very responsive when we needed to contact her about something.

We absolutely loved our week at Ocean Breeze.

From the moment we arrived it felt like home. So clean and it had everything we needed including a wonderful cream tea waiting for us, wine and biscuits. Sharon and Stuart are so friendly and really care about you having a great time. We will definitely be back.

Ocean Breeze is exceptionally clean and comfortable.

It has everything you could need and, on the off chance it doesnt, Im sure the owner Sharon would try her hardest to accommodate! Sharon is super helpful and friendly. The location of Ocean Breeze is excellent for Marazion beach (only a 10 minute stroll down the hill into town). The garden is completely enclosed so great for my two dogs. I wouldnt hesitate to return here and would recommend the house highly. Thanks for our stay!

The property was lovely, very well equipped with views of St Michael's Mount.

The area was great and we walked down to the local town and to the beach. The kids also enjoyed playing football on the fields across from the property. The welcome gifts were much appreciated. The property was also dog friendly which was a bonus for us. We had a great time and would look at returning again in the near future.

Excellent comfortable accommodation.

It's well equipped with plenty of cutlery, crockery, glasses and cookware. It is in a great location for visiting places in all directions with plenty to see and do in the area. Good views of the Mount and we would certainly recommend it for having good space and decent sized bedrooms and bathrooms. There's a nice garden with 2 seating areas which is very useful. Sharon is a very attentive host and we hope to come back.

The cottage was great the beds had a great mattress on them.

The shower was good and the cottage was spotless on arrival. We spoke to the owner a few times and she was very pleasant and helpful. And the cottage is in a great location. All in all you couldn't fault it.

Had a wonderful holiday so much so that we have booked to go again next year.

We have stayed in Ocean View several times now and we keep coming back because the house is beautifully maintained and very clean, in an excellent location and the owner (Sharon) very approachable and friendly.

Wow, not sure how to put into words how fantastic this property is - it was probably the best we have ever stayed in.

The standard of cleanliness was exceptional and the cottage had everything you could want (and it all worked!). A great deal of thought had obviously gone into this property and everything was of high quality. The garden was totally enclosed so was perfect for our very energetic cocker spaniel. Access to, and parking at the property was brilliant and a bonus in that area. The property is about a 10 minute walk to the centre of Marazion and its wonderful beach which was completely dog friendly when we visited. We would recommend a meal at the Fire Engine Inn which is a very short walk. Finally, a massive thank you to the owners, Sharon and Stuart who called prior to our visit to see if there were any questions. Sharon also popped round on our first morning to see if everything was OK and had left, Prosecco, Milk, tea, coffee, biscuits, scones, jam and cream for us on arrival and a very welcome bag of dog treats for our four legged friend. We were very sorry to leave and had we not got commitments at home would have happily extended our stay, but we do hope to return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our at Ocean Breeze, all our needs were catered for.

We arrived late and the goodies in the fridge etc we very much appreciated. Ocean Breeze was a great location with a short walk to the beaches and coastal path. Communication with Sharon was great, we would highly recommend Ocean Breeze.

Wow, what can I say!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The house was gorgeous! Everything was really thought out! Even down to the black out curtains in kids twin room! Nothing felt cheap everything was high quality! The owners were so friendly and helpful! When we arrived they had just finished cleaning so we stopped for a nice chat! When we got in the house they had left us some lovely cream teas and prosecco! Perfect after a long drive! The house was so well stocked! There was plenty of tea, coffee, loo roll , kitchen roll , milk! There was even tin foil and cling film! These things make a huge difference! The beds were very comfy and the shower ms were lush! And the sea views were an added bonus! The house was only a short walk into the town and beaches! The town itself was lovely! Nice pubs, cafes and a few shops! I recommend praa sands beach which was only a ten min drive but its gorgeous and has a bar on the beach! What more could you need?! Were definitely coming back! We have fell in love with Marazion and this house! Thank you Sharon for everything!

Lovely and clean and close to the beach

Absolutely excellent property!

Would stay again! We did run out of hot water on the first morning but quickly figured out the pressure was too high when we were putting the shower on which was using more water than needed. May be an idea to put something in the book for other guests

This house is fantastic for a family such as ours with a toddler - stair gates top & bottom, children’s plates/cutlery/cups & plenty of space.

The host, Sharon, was very welcoming and left us treats for the dog and afternoon tea with prosecco for us. A short walk down the hill takes you into the heart of Marazion with 2/3 pubs on the way & a children’s play area Fabulous views of St Michael’s Mount from the front bedrooms Quiet location for a good nights sleep Would recommend this property to anyone!

This is the second time we have stayed at Ocean Breeze and we intend to return again in 2023.

The house was very clean and well presented. It was ideally situated to explore the local area. The owner was so welcoming and helpful , she left us scones and Prosecco on arrival, plus treats for the dog. I would highly recommend this property. An amazing place to stay.

Great time at Sea Breeze great location to explore Marazion.

Cottage was well equipped and well setup, lovely warm welcome from Sharon. Wonderful area to explore both coasts also great beaches at Praa Sands and Hayle our dog also loved it!

Ocean Breeze is an excellent place to stay for a group of 7, it is very comfortable, clean and with good facilities, location is great too.

The host Sharon is very friendly and goes out of her way to solve any problem that might arise.

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday at Ocean Breeze.

The house is clean , comfortable and modern and had everything we needed. The location is perfect with open views front and back but only a few minutes walk from Marazion and the beach. Sharon and her mother in law were excellent hosts. A fabulous time was had by all, human and canine.

One of the best cottages we have ever stayed in.

It was really well equipped and had everything we needed. Sharon (the owner) could not have been more accommodating and flexible. The cottage was in a fantastic location. Ten minutes walk to the beach and within easy reach by car of loads of other places to visit. The cottage was really comfortable, open, light and airy and had a properly enclosed garden with grass which was perfect for our two dogs. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay and would return again.

A very enjoyable stay especially liked being greeted by the owner who was very friendly and made sure we were happy with everything There was nothing more that they could have done to make us welcome Wonderful position all the amenities inside the house were brilliant We will certainly be going back and highly recommend this property

My family and I have just spent such a comfortable week at Ocean Breeze in Marazion.

Every aspect including cleanliness, the quality of all appliances provided, the comfort and quality of beds, linen, towels etc. and the overall presentation of the property made our stay perfect. Would highly recommend and hope to revisit in the future.

To make our stay even better was how comfortable the beds were.

To the point we are gonna buy the same mattress ourselves. The owners of the property were exceptionally lovely too.

Lovely well equipped house - perfect location for Marazion and surrounding area and Sharon was very helpful with recommendations.

We had such a great time for four adults and two little kids- a super kid friendly house, great communication and just the perfect base for exploring the area.

The bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and very comfortable. There is a playground a stones throw away, the garden is great, and in general just really good attention to detail making this a great family holiday house. Thanks!

The house was well equipped and clean.

Sharon was very welcoming and helpful providing essentials and a cream tea for our arrival. We were especially grateful for the dog equipment, everything had been considered and provided.

The holiday home was amazing.

It had everything we needed as a family of four with a dog. The owners were lovely and checked in on us. The personal touches of scones, wine etc on arrival made it extra special. We would highly recommend.

We loved the house which included everything you think you might need.

Everything was very clean and it was clear that they were ensuring the house was covid safe. Sharon was great, in contact with us beforehand and during our stay to check all was okay. We arrived to some lovely goodies including treats for our dog. The location was ideal with views of St Michaels Mount from the upstairs rooms, so close enough to walk to the beach. Also lots of coves / beaches on both sides of Cornwall accessible for day trips. We had a lovely break.

After having to rebook from April to September we had a fantastic holiday at Ocean Breeze.

The house is amazing, perfectly clean and with everything we needed and more. The owners are friendly and helpful, and the whole process from booking to our return home went very smoothly. Highly recommended, thank you.

Just back from an amazing stay at Ocean Breeze in Marazion!

The house has everything a person could need, it was immaculate and a great base for exploring Cornwall. Marazion is a short walk away and home to st Michael’s Mount which is worth a visit, great view of the mount and castle from the house too! Sharon from Ocean Breeze was lovely and so welcoming and would not hesitate to recommend the property to others! Hope to visit again some time :-)

Beautiful views to the front and rear of the property. Extra treats left by the owner who was extremely helpful and prompt with any queries.
