This newly converted barn in the quiet hamlet of Treneague on the edge of the village of St Stephen offers a property with thoughtful detail and unique touches.

Head north towards the Atlantic coast and discover the vibrant coastal town of Newquay, the UK's surfing hot spot, with a host of incredible sandy beaches that are excellent for surfing and a range of other water sports, as well family-friendly attractions including Blue Reef Aquarium and Newquay Zoo.

St Stephen is a small village, four miles west of St Austell and close to the River Fal. The north and south coasts of Cornwall are equidistant from the village and accessible with just a short drive. There is a small selection of shops and eateries to choose from, while nearby St Austell, one of the largest towns in Cornwall, has a wider choice of amenities and attractions to enjoy.
