Fabulous, modern cottage in an ideal location.

It is bright, airy and comfortable and well appointed. It is in an outstandingly beautiful area with good links to local amenities and in close proximity to lots of great places to eat. We would highly recommend this cottage and would definitely stay here again.

Beautifully presented and cosy property.

Absolutely immaculate inside. Contemporary high end furnishings and very peaceful location.Plenty of allocated safe off road parking.Ideally positioned for walks along the coastal path. In fact we didn’t use the car all week and used the local bus to head into St Just and St Ives.There is a Spa convenience store opposite too. All in all probably the best property we have stayed in Cornwall.

Tinners Rest was great from start to finish.

A lovely modern property with everything you could need for your stay. The facilities were of a very high standard and topped by being in a stunning location made for a wonderful week.

Excellent cottage.

High quality fixtures and fittings. Excellently equipped. Well located for Cornish coast with local shop and pub a few metres away and more extensive range within a few miles. Can recommend visits to St Ives, Pendeen lighthouse, Trengwainton Gardens and Gunards Head pub. Would definitely recommend this cottage

We really enjoy our stay.

The property felt very new and clean and suited our requirements well. We loved it's position being near all the coastal walks and the lovely pub very close by. Also the spar just across the road was very useful. We used the buses that stopped just across the road for our walks along the coast. Great to have nice roomy double space for our car and being able to bring our dog made the place perfect for us.

This is our second stay at Tinners Rest and it was as good as the first.

The landsend coaster bus was great and the North Inn a lovely friendly pub with good honest pub food and good selection of curries.

Well furnished and comfortable beds with good quality linen and towels. We would happily return. Constructive feedback - a stool and mirror for the dressing table would make hair drying and makeup application very much easier

Tinners Rest is a fantastic holiday rental.

The house is spacious and very well maintained. It had everything we needed for a week away over Christmas. The owners communicated with us and we had no problems at all during our stay. The location is perfect for exploring SW Cornwall, Pendeen is a lovely friendly village with a great pub and convenient grocery store, and there are stunning views along the Coast Path which is close by. We hope to return to this property in the future.

This was our second time at Tinners Rest and we had the loveliest stay.

The house was amazing, so clean and spacious. The rain fall shower was a delight. It is perfectly located for exploring the area with lots of places to visit. The neighbours were lovely and friendly. Would highly recommend this cottage.

The house was lovely and clean and everything we needed was there.

Our holiday was slightly ruined and we broke down on the journey down. So we were without a car all week. I really wanted to explore Cornwall but never mind, these things happen. At least there was a nearby Spar for groceries and pub which did lovely food.

Pendeen is a beautiful village for a holiday in Cornwall and our holiday was perfect in this comfortable, clean and very well equipped house with off road parking. Would definitely return if we come to this area again

This property has a homely feel and we felt totally safe there due to the stringent cleanliness standard.

We loved our stay at Tinners Rest.

The whole house was immaculately clean. It was decorated and furnished to a very high standard and lots of thought had been put into the items available for use of its occupants. Pendeen is a lovely area and Tinners Rest could not be better situated, right next the shop, chippy and a couple of little grassy areas for the dog to have a comfort break. We really enjoyed our time at Tinners rest and would highly recommend booking.

Cottage was beautiful and spacious, very high spec.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we loved watching the birds attracted to the neighbours bird feeders. Perfect location for exploring the West point of Cornwall. Only downside was the mattresses being uncomfortable. Already re-booked for next year

This is our second stay in Pendeen but our first stay at Tinner's Rest.

The house was lovely, nicely decorated and furnished and it really felt like home for the week. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need, the washer/dryer was great. Very nice bathroom with a great shower and lovely deep bath! The bedrooms were lovely and beds very comfy. We really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to book again. There is a good bus service if you wish to use it, the bus stop being a 1 minute walk from the property. Very handy shop just across the road.

This Cottage is well presented, clean.

The kitchen is well equipped The location is ideal and peaceful. Pub and shop no more than a couple of minutes away. I would certainly recommend this for a holiday. Communication with owner is excellent. 5 stars

This is a lovely house in a great location !

It was absolutely immaculate when we arrived. Super handy having a shop literally 1 minute from your door. Is close to some lovely local walks and a beach and is within good driving distance of other lovely towns such as st ives and Porthleven. Would definitely recommend this location.

We’ve just returned from a lovely week at Tinners Rest.

The house was spotlessly clean when we arrived and it had every kitchen utensil you could think of. The beds were comfortable and we settled in straight away. Good outdoor space and parking for two cars. The location was great. It’s about a 15 minute walk down to the lighthouse, turn right out of the house. The local shop had everything we needed and the staff were friendly. There are plenty of places to eat in the village, although we chose to eat at The Queen’s Arms (St Just) on the first evening as the closest pub to the house didn’t take reservations. The food was nice and the staff were friendly. On the hottest day we visited Sennen Cove, a beautiful beach with a restaurant but unless you can get a space in the car park by the beach be prepared for a steep climb down/up. Another lovely beach we visited was Porthcurno. Places to eat, we would recommend The Mexico Inn in Penzance for a Sunday roast. The children chose to eat at The Hub (Burger Restaurant) in St Ives, very nice but St Ives was very busy, we ended up parking quite far out at the RFC. For a cream tea we chose The Rock Pool in Mousehole, we thought we’d have a wait after reading reviews on Trip Advisor but we were lucky to get a table on arrival. We would thoroughly recommend The Lakeside Cabin Cafe in Lelant for lunch or a cream tea, the staff were great and the portions were very generous. We took cakes/scones home with us!

Lovely terraced cottage located in a lovely quiet village, the property was beautiful, probably the nicest we have stayed in, very clean and had everything we required, the location of the property was excellent for everywhere that we wanted to visit, would definitely recommend.

Tinners Rest is a lovely cottage in fantastic surroundings.

It is very well appointed and extremely comfortable. We had a great time staying there.

Tinners Rest was lovely, well outfitted (especially the kitchen), and very clean.

The shop at the corner was good for basics. It would be very nice if there was a barbecue in the back garden. I particularly liked that there was a clothes drying rack and plenty of clothes pegs!

the accomodataion was spotless and very comfortable. The area is quiet, with a couple of local pubs nearby, and makes a great base for exploring the west of cornwall, would definitley recommend.

We had a wonderful holiday, the accommodation was lovely and the owner was very helpful in our emails for information.

I would highly recommend, the cottage and my parents may stay there in September. It had everything we needed and was a lovely quiet location.

Exceeded all expectations as super clean and you can turn up and enjoy holiday. High quality furnishings and kitchen appliances. Beds very comfortable with great linen. Really loved it.

Property one of the best we have ever stayed in, the cleanest by far, spotless is an understatement, so well furnished and presented in a way that leaves the rest behind.

Location is perfect for walking or just a retreat away from the hustle and bustle of normal life. So quiet only the bird song will awaken you. Some truly amazing sights with an easy 10 minutes drive or just walk down the road and utilise the coastal path. Shop and local pubs with a stones throw, locals really pleasant and engaging, a real pleasure. Took our GSD, dog treats supplied by the owner ready for him to enjoy, dog or should we stay stair gate's in the under stair cupboard as dogs are not allowed upstairs. Plenty of internal and external space for the dog we moved the patio table and chairs back for a bit more space with the size of ours. Would definitely recommend and return to this property. A proper 10 out of 10 awarded to the owner of the property.
