Comfy beds and sofa. Although weather wasn’t good enough for us to sit outside there is a pleasant little outdoor area with summerhouse. Amazing hamper is very thoughtful. Good communication by owner for arrival.

Donna had thought of absolutely everything, from a wonderfully generous welcome hamper, to little personal touches. Even gifts for Lawrence, our dog. Such a gem, I have not enough superlatives. We had a fabulous time, and will be back. Thank you Donna for being an amazing host.

Every detail was covered. From the best welcome hamper we have had anywhere, to the freshly washed throws for the pets. We really couldn't have asked for more. A great little place in a great location for exploring North Cornwall. Donna is an amazing host who thoroughly deserves a 5 star review. I would also say, if you are interested in the history of Bodmin Jail, take a look into the history of the site in which Clonmore is located. Many thanks Donna, We will be back.

Despite being so compact, the space was extremely well thought out, with every detail having been considered carefully. It was Very well equipped, spotlessly clean, and a most pleasant space to relax in after being a tourist all day! We felt very welcomed, and loved the amazingly generous ’welcome pack’ we found on our arrival. The warmth of our host truly shone through, and it was clear that they had gone the extra mile to ensure we enjoyed our stay. • "Our second time staying at Clonmore, but this time with better weather to enjoy the garden!"

Donna really goes the extra mile to make the house welcoming on arrival and as ever it's spotlessly clean. As it was a special occasion we walked to the other side of town (still only a leisurely 15-20 minute walk) for an excellent meal at Flory in the town square. A 20 minute walk away from town gets you on to the Camel Trail... or a stop at the Borough Arms for a welcoming drink if that's far enough of a walk for you! We'll continue to recommend to friends and family as an excellent base for exploring Cornwall, and looking further stays in the future.

Accommodation was super comfy and had everything we could possibly need to make our stay perfect. We really appreciated the hamper and essentials such as milk and butter in the fridge upon arrival, meaning we didn’t have to rush out to a shop straight away. The owner was absolutely fantastic and provided so much info prior to our stay. Clonmore is situated in a quiet location but within walking distance to a shop, pub and takeaways for convenience. We’d thoroughly recommend staying at Clonmore, it has to be one of the best holiday accommodations we’ve ever stayed in.

  • "Very good ."

Only 1 day was no hot water for everybody.

Hi Monika, sorry that you didn’t have hot water on one of your days. The hot system is in a tank in the loft, so unfortunately its not a continuous hot supply like oil or gas heating. However, the water system is on a timer coming on for 3 hrs of the morning & again throughout the day, to maintain a hot water supply. There is also a boost button which can be pressed for set periods, minimum is 15mins to give a top up if perhaps someone in the house ran a bath or had a longer shower , this should prevent running out of hot water. I do apologise again & I have booked a plumber to come out & check just to make sure that everything is how it should be. Property Owner

Hi Kevin, thank you for your feedback. Yes Clonmore is based in the the centre of Cornwall making perfect access to either coast & attractions. Glad you found the kitchen well equipped & as for the treats you are more than welcome. Property Owner
