  • "Nice and comfortable place"

  • "The stables are ideal for disabled persons and has easy access for wheelchair users."

We enjoyed our stay and would visit the stables again. The holiday let is well equipped, clean and adequate for 4 people. Friendly atmosphere in the adjacent pub and local supermarkets are within walking distance.

  • "This was a lovely little place to stay, 2 mins walk from a beautiful dog friendly beach."

The cottage was cosy and just perfect for us. The locals and pub staff could not have been friendlier or more welcoming. They have us lots of tips for places to visit which, as we haven’t visited the area before, was perfect. Thank you for our stay, it was fabulous!

  • "Well it’s advertised as having a small garden ,but all you get is the space under the fire escape which to use you would have to duck under the metal bar that’s fixed there."

The inside is very damp downstairs where the bedrooms and bathroom are located, the bathroom is very mouldy and needs completely gutting to fix the problems, and needs a large extractor fan and a deeper drain to enable the shower to drain away as the water just soaks the floor. The disabled lift is really old and outdated and is starting to rust, it’s also the only way to move between the levels inside, without having to go outside and use the fire escape to go up or down, so the property could definitely use an internal staircase . The property is situated within the beer garden of the pub, which is not ideal when customers are gathered there while using the pub. We did have one meal purchased from the pub which was very nice and the owners were friendly, and the nice little touches were the cream tea that was waiting for us on arrival and the fact that there were dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid and also some tea and coffee items available.

  • "Great location, took four adults and two dogs and the stables more than met our needs."

Beech is less than 5 mins at Marazion, Penzance is slightly longer, close to three large supermarkets, aswell as decent pubs and places to eat, would recommend and will use this let again.

  • "Nicely furnished & decorated, plenty of kitchen equipment."

(Would benefit from a shelf or cabinet in the wet room)

  • "Just a couple of things would make the cottage even better, such as, shelves in the bathroom, stopping the water collecting on the landing at the top of the spiral staircase and a temperature indicator on the oven."
