“Really lovely apartment with private beach.”

Rained the entire half term week however coming back to such a lovely environment helped. Close to lots of really good cornish sites and activities.

The property

This contemporary first-floor apartment is situated in a select development near the historic harbour village of Charlestown, just ten minutes' walk to a gated beach.

Ideally located for a beach holiday and also touring the south coast of Cornwall, this is a lovely apartment for a small family.

After parking in your reserved space, you enter the apartment via a lift to the first floor where along the hallway you will find two bedrooms, one of which benefits from an en-suite shower room, along with a family bathroom.

The double room also has a balcony, ideal for an early morning cup of coffee.

The spacious open plan living area has comfortable sitting and dining areas as well as the well-equipped kitchen, plus there is also a patio accessed from the sitting area.

From the apartment it is a delightful short stroll to the beach.

Walk through the communal gardens down to the gated entrance for which you are supplied with a code.

After a day spent relaxing on the beach, take the short walk into Charlestown which boasts a superb choice of pubs, bistros and restaurants where a wonderful time can be had.

Stroll past the famous tall ships which are often moored up and sit on the harbour wall as you gaze out across the sea; a wonderful way to spend a memorable evening.
