The property was cosy, very clean and well equipped. The rear garden was delightful. It was just a shame we didn’t get to use it as the weather was not very kind to us. The only down side to the property was that it was a bit on the small side for us. Reviewed by GillianOct 2021 "The cottage is, as expected, small therefore it does cause some minor problems." Access to the food storage cupboard in the kitchen is difficult. A folding hinged door would be very helpful. The table under the stairs does need to be moved when using to eat as again very little space. There is very little room in the main bedroom which makes dressing or drying hair a bit awkward. Access to wardrobe area in second bedroom is also difficult. None of these issues spoilt our stay but they were a little troublesome. I understand it is the nature of small Cornish cottages. Our stay was howeververy comfortable and enjoyable. Reviewed by WendySep 2021 "Excellent service and beautiful stay." Reviewed by JoAug 2021 "The place is way above what we expected." The garden at the rear was a real sun trap and you could see St Michaels Mount, there was even a brand new BBQ. The cottage is in a great location with a wonderful pub about 2 minutes walk away and Penzance, St Ives, Marazion and lots of other places to explore near by. The garden was very interesting and a lovely sunny spot to sit in the afternoon. The sea view from the top of the garden was a bonus. An ideal location to explore a large part of cornwall.
