Three Tees was perfect for all of us. Its former life as a bed and breakfast provided all you could wish for. Well appointed large kitchen with centre island for multiple cooks, and a garden for our gas barbeque. The pool and table tennis tables were a hit, and the bar was fun. Plenty of space to be together or not. Bedrooms all nice with their own showers, understandably on the tight side. Everyone slept well but we did walk a lot and had some surfers amongst us.
