  • "We have had a beautiful stay in Trealese house."

    We apreciated accomodation for all the equipments and cleaness. We went several times in Pendra Loeth and will probably come back again. Services in Pendra Loeth are great. We went to the Swanpool beach very often and enjoyed Cornwall very much. Thank you again. Best regards Cyrille Decavèle.

  • "An excellent property and very well equipped."

    Nice touches including dishwasher tablets, milk in the fridge, tea and coffee, board games, bbq and beach equipment enhanced our visit. Nice quiet position, we chose it for the name and will definitely be going back.

The cottage name was chosen to preserve a family name, which has origins as a place name meaning 'homestead' in Cornish. We look forward to welcoming you for a return visit.   • "The accommodation was light and spacious and very comfortable."

    Well kept gardens, secluded and quiet. Near to beaches although a car is necessary.

  • "Lovely holiday in Trelease."

    We usually stay at a different home in Pendra Loweth but were really happy with the position and garden for the kids at Trelease. The only improvement would be in having a second twin rather than the double as awkward with growing kids trying to get them to share (our usual cottage has a double, twin and a single with a pull out that can convert it to a twin or double - more options! Other than that, excellent, all necessary crockery etc and great location for kids playground. Well be back for the 8th time I'm sure!

The property

Terraced house nestled in a quiet spot within the holiday village of Pendra Loweth, also known as the Village of Gardens .

The tasteful interior provides a calm and tranquil base for a family holiday.

Three bedroom accommodation with contemporary coordinated furniture throughout.

The well equipped kitchen has ample working space and enhances the sociable aspect linking to the dining area which has a table to seat six and the sitting room with large comfortable sofas.

Upstairs are three attractive bedrooms together with a family bathroom.

Onsite facilities include tennis courts, children's outdoor play areas and an indoor splash pool (seasonal opening hours).

There is lots of fun for all nearby, several beaches are within easy driving distance including Maenporth and Swanpool just 1 mile away and Gyllyngvase just 2 miles further along the coast towards Falmouth.

Steeped in nautical history and home to the National Maritime Museum, visitors will also enjoy strolling through the narrow streets exploring shops, bars and restaurants.

Take a boat trip across the River Fal or up the Truro River for a great day out.

Well placed for exploring the coast and some adventures on the river.

Mabe 3 miles; Penryn 2 miles; Truro 11 miles.

Falmouth, with its magnificent natural harbour (the third largest in the world), winding streets and beaches, will keep you occupied for hours. The town's old harbour-side pubs, excellent shopping, art gallery and stunning National Maritime Museum simply complete the picture. Pendennis Castle, built by Henry VIII, is Falmouth's most popular attraction, sited on its own peninsula with superb panoramic sea views. Across from Falmouth harbour is the beautiful town of St Mawes, surrounded by the rocky coves, sandy beaches and lush green countryside of the Roseland Peninsula. Go there by car (15 miles) or take the passenger ferry from Falmouth (15 minutes). For nature lovers there is the Swanpool Nature Reserve, a lagoon and site of special scientific interest teeming with a variety of wildlife. There is also a golf course. Falmouth offers such a rich variety of landscape and attractions for people of all ages, it is sure to tempt you back time and again.
