Stepping from the road and beneath the cottage's own plaque, enter into the hallway to a welcoming homely setting.

On your left you will find the dining room, accompanied by a sofa so you can relax with a rewarding beverage before a delicious dinner is served at the table.

Moving through the cottage you will find the contemporary-styled kitchen/diner, a more relaxed area to enjoy dining in the morning, this room offers neutral hues and a delightful nautical theme in its decor, alongside all of the essential appliances you could need for a self-catered stay.

Also on the ground floor is one of two lovely bedrooms, carrying on the nautical theme, this ground-floor super-king-size also doubles up as a twin upon request, offering flexibility for a variety of group needs.

Up on the first floor the master double bedroom, offers harbour views and a snug setting, there's no better spot to both start and end your days.

Move through into the first-floor sitting room where you can truly soak in your waterside surroundings; in the summer months open up the windows and let the fresh coastal breeze fill the room, or flick on the electric woodburning-effect stove in cooler climates for welcoming warmth as you delve into a good book.

The property also benefits from its own private courtyard, sip on a morning coffee before heading out into the town to explore.

The fishing village hosts a wide range of wonders, from its picturesque harbour to its enticing aquarium, there's plenty to explore, or why not spend some time in its museum, absorbing the local history before indulging in a delicious dinner as you watch the sunset.

The village also offers ferry trips to the town of Fowey, providing a scenic experience perfect for the avid rambler, or discover the nearby wonders of the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan.
