Villa 80 is a beautifully styled and presented luxury two-bedroom semi-detached abode, close to the coast of St Ives, Cornwall.
Set in a contemporary holiday park, it boasts accommodation for up to four guests: family, friends and couples seeking a stunning Cornish getaway.
Park on your private driveway for two cars and head into the ground floor entrance hallway, with wood floors and light, airy décor.
The two bedrooms are sumptuous, one with a king-size zip and link bed, with a pristine ensuite shower room for that morning blitz and access onto the rear private patio with garden furniture for sunshine breakfasts, and a hot tub for relaxation as the sun goes down.
Beyond is an open grass area, a shared space.
Bedroom two has a twin zip and link bed which can convert into a super-king-size on request.
The family bathroom is super smart, ideal for that relaxing bath after a day on the beach.
The glass balustrade stairs lead to the first-floor open-plan living concept, a generous social space with sofas and Smart TV, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.
Head onto the balcony with alfresco dining furniture, an additional spot to enjoy sunshine feasts.
Una St Ives on-site facilities include an indoor swimming pool, outdoor lido, spa and café for fun and refreshments within paces of the house.
Head into coastal St Ives, with an abundance of attractions for all the family, where four superb beaches offer water sports, surf schools, swims and paddles.
With a wide choice of beach cafés, traditional inns and restaurants, many hugging the pretty harbour, you’ll enjoy a varied menu from the catch of the day, international cuisine, fish and chips, cream teas and pasties.
Wander the twisty cobbled lanes with independent shops and galleries and take a boat trip for leisure or fishing around the bay.
Visit Tate St Ives and the Barbara Hepworth Museum to immerse yourself in the beauty of modern art and breathtaking coastal landscapes.
The St Ives Bay Line delivers a spectacular seascape as the train journey hugs the coast alongside Carbis Bay and the golden sands of Hayle Towans.
If you prefer to walk in Cornish nature, the picturesque coastal path makes a good ramble.

Fantastic accommodation, the bedroom were great, comfy beds and plenty of storage space.
The master bedroom has doors leading out to the patio area and hot tub. The living space is upstairs, the space was great for us as a family and the extra dining space on the deck was perfect for the warm evenings. If I was being picky then I would have loved some softer blankets and cushions as they all had the same texture which I found a little rough. There was no microwave and only large saucepans, it would have been nice to have a milk pan to heat up pasta sauce etc. The EV charger is not connected at the house and there is one in the main car park, but it was very slow only pulling around 3KW. Overall we had a fantastic stay, the resort is fantastic, I loved the adult only times in the morning and evening for the gym & swim. The café on site serves drinks and a few different cakes which is handy post swim. The location is a down a track away from Carbis Bay which we found a little bit too busy to walk safely along with kids so ended up driving most days into Carbis Bay to park at the Church. We would happily return again next summer to Villa 80.
We very much enjoyed our stay at Villa 80.
We stayed at Una Resort last year at a different villa and we enjoyed having the kitchen and living space on the first floor here at Villa 80. A spacious and well maintained accommodation and the additional use of the facilities at Una which was perfect for teenage children.
Property was great and communication before and during stay was excellent.

Please note, all lodges are privately owned and are available to book with confidence, despite Kingfisher Una Resort Ltd (where Villa 80 is located) being in administration. The Leisure Club is owned by a separate company which isn’t under administration, the swimming pools (outdoor lido pool is currently closed for the winter), sauna, steam room and gym, are available for complimentary use by guests. We invite you to reach out to us with any questions, a member of the team will be more than happy to assist.
Please note: The outdoor lido is closed for use between October Half Term and Easter. The indoor pool and facilities will remain open as normal.
Note: Winter Hot Tub Supplement- For any holidays between 1st November and 31st March there is a £150 supplement if you wish to have access to the hot tub
Please note, Villa 80 accepts bookings of 7 nights or more between the 11th July and 5th September 2026. Any bookings made not in accordance with this note can be cancelled
