"Truely beautiful apartment in fantastic location."
the beach across the road. the facilities are top of the range and a added bonus was the availability to use the owners beach chairs, body boards etc with a trolley to transport down to the lovely beach. there is a quicker way via the steps but this could be challenging as it’s quite steep. i think it’s around 200 steps. but well worth it. my granddaughter talked me into body boarding for the first time at she 65! wet suits were easy to hire and we had a ball!
There are added touches of tea, coffee. biscuits and fresh milk for your arrival.
the big comfy beds, are a dream to sleep in and there are 2 large sofas to relax on after a day out.
I would definitely recommend this accommodation for its quality, location and being close to a range of restaurants. The contact with the owner was very good and very helpful……… star quality

We’re thrilled to hear that you enjoyed your stay at 13 Cliff Edge, and the comfort of the beds and sofas along with the use of the beach trolley etc which certainly helps transporting everything you need for a day at the beach. I commend you for taking on the body boarding by your granddaughter. I’m sure she was totally impressed with her Nana’s skills.

"Fantastic location, secure underground car park with lifts to apartments, right in the heart of newquay and opposite stairs to the beach, apartment was pristine and an amazing size, equipped with high spec fixtures and appliances & HUGE TV's!"

"A beautiful apartment!"
I knew it was on the ground floor but wasn’t aware that the balcony overlooked a car park where builders vans were parked and builders’ rubble piled at the side. Therefore we didn’t make use of it. Everything else, however was spot on! Lovely spacious rooms, showers with pressure to die for and a huge TV. The kitchen was very well equipped (although we had to use the fridge egg holders for eggcups) and beach paraphernalia supplied was a nice touch. The view at the front was great at sunset and easy parking was very welcome.
We tried all the restaurants recommend in the visitors guide and felt that The Colonial on the beach was the best by far, for food and comfort, much better than The Fish House which was quite a walk away, crowded and chilly as they left the doors open. The food wasn’t a patch on that of The Colonial.

"This is the apartment to benchmark against, hands down best one so far, super modern, very spacious, great location within spitting distance of the beach (over the road, down some steps, less than 3 mins)."
Water mains power that actually allows both showers to run simulataneously without compromising on flow to either, literally unheard of.
Stella coffee machine (with pods INCLUDED) - thats a first and a tub of jelly beans (Kids minds were blown), 3 a day though so don't take the mick ;)
Loads of clothing storaged space AND...plenty of hangers, another first.
Utility room with plenty of beach gear, body boards, chairs, wind breakers, umbrellas, buckets and spades to name but a few of the items already there for us to use (just as well as we forgot all ours).
Tesco's 2 mins walk away, super helpful.
75" TV in the lounge with blueray player and over 100+ movies to watch!!!!!!
Lovely friendly owners to boot, this place is a perfect gem.

"We had a wonderful stay here with our family."
The apartment has everything you could need. Kitchen is fully equipped with not just modern applicaces but also high quality crockery and cookware. Beds are very comfortable and sheets feel high quality. The whole apartment is spacious and I swear I got sunburn from the large TV!
Cannot recommend this place enough. We will will be booking again soon!

"We had a lovely stay at 13 Cliff Edge!"
The apartment was in a fantastic location just across the road from Tolcarne Beach & a short walk into Newquay’s town centre. We loved being able to cross the road and be riding the waves on our bodyboards within 5 minutes of leaving the apartment! The apartment itself was spacious, well-appointed, very comfortable and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The owners have done a great job of kitting it out! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend 13 Cliff Edge!

"Beautiful and spotless apartment close to beach and town, excellent underground parking with EV charger (Vend Electric App 50p KWh)."
Well equipped with high quality fittings and Nespresso coffee machine with wide range of complimentary coffee pods. Great communication with owners, we had an enjoyable week exploring Cornwall. The only downside for us was the fact that the lounge is on the front which gives a sea view but also a view of the two bus stops directly outside where people gather for the bus, the are no blinds or curtains so privacy can be an issue.
