  • "We had a fantastic stay, the apartment was lovely, absolutely huge so really spacious with everything you need."

    Hand soap for the bathrooms and more toilet roll was all that was missing. Would have been five stars but unfortunately the apartment wasn't ready for the 3pm check in time, we had to wait in the car park for 50 minutes so not the best start after a 6 hour drive (or for our friends first time in Cornwall). The housekeepers were lovely and did an amazing job, we did feel bad for them as they said they were told they had until 4pm.

  • "It surpassed all expectations."

    The location is perfect with a private beach just below and restaurants close by. The apartment was so generously spacious. Comfortable beds. Looked after bathrooms with decent showers. Modern smart TV so Prime/Netflix accounts etc. can be linked up. The only downer was the building works they are doing close by and which faced one balcony; but that’s no fault of the apartment of course. We will be coming again for sure!

  • "This was our second visit this year - we find the location ideal and secure parking is a bonus."

    A sea view would be great but it’s never bothered us. This is a really well stocked apartment with plenty of space. The only negative is the new block being built next door, we saw it start earlier this year so we’re expecting some disruption, but it was still noisier than expected. The work starts just after 8am each morning and sounds worse if you have the windows open for fresh air. This may be out of everyone’s control but I do feel that it is something that should have been disclosed. It didn’t stop us enjoying ourselves but it was annoying at times.

    The location is great for accessing the town and local beaches. This apartment was perfect- big comfortable beds and pillows. A really well equipped kitchen and welcome packs are a nice touch. Would highly recommend to all.

  • "Floors were gritty on arrival and needed washing."

    Also although we are average height we struggled to reach cups and glasses in the wall cupboards due to their height. Sea was only partly visible from lounge so description of coastal views was deceiving.

  • "On first impressions presents as clean but on closer look all floor's were filthy ."

    Had only been swept needs a really good mop .under beds the dust is thick .Hairs were found on drawers ,had to wipe out before we could put clothes away .. Advertised as amazing costal views .Very disappointed, could barely see any sea .Views from main from bedroom balcony was a brick building .Priced high end so expected more .
