Demelza will be your home from home during your Cornwall escape.
Set in a lovely location, you will have access to all North Cornwall has to offer.
Some of the most beautiful places and beaches to visit are within easy reach.
Padstow, and the start/end of the Camel Trail (5 miles), Newquay (10 miles), Treyarnon (3 miles), Porthcothan (3 miles), Constantine (3 miles), Harlyn Bay (3.5 miles), Trevone (4 miles), as well as easy access to The Eden Project (20 miles), Camel Creek Adventure Park (4 miles), Mawgan Porth (5.5 miles) When you return back from your adventures, you will find Seven Bays Park is a lovely quiet park which is very family friendly.
The Venue and Beaches Restaurant both offer good food and entertainment.
You will also find a sports bar above The Venue.
There are tennis courts, some amusements and a small children's play area.
Dog walking fields can be found by the entrance to the park.
The caravan is well equipped with everything you need.
Beds will be made ready for your arrival along with towels to use during your stay.

I had a lovely long break in Cornwall, Seven Bays Holiday Park was a good base for me to walk my little dog along Camel trails, Bodmin and most of the gorgeous beaches allow dogs all year.
Lots of other dog walkers on site with a dog park allowing safe freedom for a spell. The caravan was very comfortable and well equipped like home from home. Great shower, Fridge freezer microwave, toaster & smart tv. You don’t even have to make the bed! There’s a launderette around the corner and a site office. It’s perfect site if you’re looking for a peaceful break without noisy clubs etc. The site is well managed and kept tidy. Lots of pubs and chip shops nearby and of course you can walk the south coast trail and of course surfing.
Our family recently stayed at Demelza (B34), and we had a wonderful time.
The pictures and description online were an accurate representation of how it was. My eldest son, said the bed was so comfortable (better than his one at home). The main bedroom had amble space with lots of storage for your clothing. The kitchen has all the appliances you would need for your stay. It was a lovely surprise to see the biscuits for us and the treats for the dog! Thank you We have stayed at this site before so knew what to expect when coming here. The location is perfect..St Merryn is a lovely place with amazing beaches to choose from.
