The property

Latern Cottage is a delightful conversion positioned in a courtyard setting, just a stroll away from the harbour, and in the centre of Padstow.

Suited for families or friends, this retreat has been thoughtfully designed in a true home-from-home fashion so you can relax in comfort all-year-round.

Access is from the main street via a communal entrance through a further security door into an external courtyard.

The open-plan living area welcomes you inside with its comfy L-shaped seating, Smart TV, dining area for four and modern kitchen with granite worktops.

Underfloor heating graces the layout, and all the necessary appliances are on hand for you to enjoy morning over to evening.

There is also a ground floor shower room.

The first floor reveals two bedrooms, a single with en-suite shower room and king size double, both with built-in wardrobes.

A travel cot is also available should you wish to bring a little one along.

Outdoors, the courtyard is shared with other cottages and has communal seating and external steps leading up to a shared enclosed lawned garden area with picnic bench and views of the sea towards Rock.

This fishing port is covered by sandy beaches and offers many opportunities to taste the locally sourced produce.

Padstow is the place to be for water sports, walking, cycling and fishing, you can even take a trip on a local fisherman’s boat.

The excellent surfing beaches of Harlyn and Constantine are ideal for safe family fun, and Constantine Bay is also home to a golf course, just a few miles away, while a passenger ferry across the River from Padstow to Rock takes you to the beach at Daymer Bay.
