On the ground floor, you'll step into a welcoming hallway that leads into a charming, nautically inspired open-plan living space, featuring an intimate dining table for two and two steps guiding you to a sleek kitchen.

The kitchen offers plenty of room and all the modern amenities needed to prepare a delicious feast, or unbox a local takeaway.

After dinner, sink into the luxurious Laura Ashley furnishings and relax as the gentle crackle of the fire fills the room with warmth.

Sea enthusiasts can soak up the sun at some of Cornwall’s most iconic beaches.

Head to Harlyn Bay to ride the waves and show off your surfing skills, or visit Trevone Bay, perfect for exploring vibrant rock pools and enjoying a refreshing swim.

A little further afield are a range of things to do, you could embark on the South West Coastal Path, take the Camel trail cycle route, or book a fishing trip, Sealife safari, or a relaxing ferry ride to the bustling town of Rock.

Padstow is situated at the head of the Camel Cycle Trail and is a fantastic base for exploring the South West Coastal Path which opens up routes to beautiful Cornish countryside. This delightful fishing port is surrounded by sandy beaches and offers many opportunities to taste the locally sourced produce in celebrity owned establishments. Padstow has something for everyone with watersports, walking, cycling and fishing, you can even take a trip on a local fisherman’s boat! The excellent surfing beaches of Harlyn and Constantine are ideal for safe family fun, and Constantine Bay is also home to a golf course, just a few miles away, while a passenger ferry across the river from Padstow to Rock takes you to the beach at Daymer Bay. Just around the corner toward Pentire Head is the surfing paradise at Polzeath, and when the beach no longer calls, there’s a golf course nearby, several stately homes and gardens to visit.
