Clean, warm and welcoming!
Very convenient location for dog walking, the path to Porthilly beach being a few hundred yards away. Also convenient for the Padstow ferry and coast footpath to Polzeath. The excellent baker Malcolm Barnecutt supplies the best pasties in the area.
Great find.
Lovely bungalow, spacious, clean, comfortable and very well presented. We had a lovely week there. It's in a very quiet location with nice local walks over fields to Porthilly Cove and over the golf course to Daymer Bay and Polzeath. Local shops aren't far away. A great base for visiting North Cornwall and its fantastic eateries. Whilst there is an Aga in the Kitchen that keeps the bungalow nice and cosy and cooks locally purchased Cornish Pasties to perfection, if you are eating out we highly recommend The Mariners in Rock for superb atmosphere, service and food. For a similar experience take the passenger ferry over to Padstow for lunch at St.Perroc's Bistro.
i would suggest that a mat be put at the patio door so you can wipe your feet when coming inside from the garden.
Also we couldn’t find a bottle opener or a corkscrew
