  • "The parking was a bit of a problem as both of us could not get out of the car at the same time as we had to park so close to the wall and reversing the car in when it was raining one of us had to guide the other in everytime."

the othe car spaces had more room. Noticed there was cobwebs around the bottles on the window near the door..we ended up doing them and the bottom shelf of the table was dusty.

I am so sorry you had a problem with the parking bay but it is large enough for my long wheel base Isuzu trooper although as you mentioned you do have to park close to the wall and parking on the roadside in the summer is almost impossible. I can only apologise on behalf of my property management company for the cobwebs and dust, I can assure you this is not the norm and will not happen again. I hope these issues and the rain will not stop you coming back to Cornwall in the future Property Owner

  • "All was great but on day of arrival when we parked we had someone have a go about where to park."

    Needs parking instructions in email.

Unfortunately I cannot be held responsible for the attitude of other apartment owners and can only sincerely apologise for their behaviour. As for the parking instructions, below is a paragraph from the email you should have received from my property management company and again I am so sorry if you did not receive this as I try to cover as much as I can to make your holiday the best experience possible. Parking instructions:- With the hotel behind you your parking bay is the far one on the left by the wall to the patio Property Owner
