  • "Thank you so much for a fantastic stay."

The property exceeded our expectations and was perfect for our family holiday (2 adults, 2 kids 8-11yrs). We would definitely book again, but please please can you fix the window in the main bedroom, it wouldn't close fully, meaning the seagulls woke us up every morning at 3-4am. The property was otherwise very well appointed, clean and lovely and bright.

Many thanks for your feedback and for taking the time to leave this for us - it is much appreciated. We were not aware of a problem with the bedroom window so will look into this and ensure any issues are resolved. Thank you again and we look forward to welcoming you back again. Property Owner

  • "We had a lovely time staying in this property."

The property was clean, bright and welcoming, and fully equipped with everything you need for a week’s stay. It is in a great location, a stones throw away from the beautiful Fistral Beach. You could see the sea from both bedrooms and get a glimpse of it from the balcony. My only feedback are two things - firstly, though clean, the dishwasher had a strong, unpleasant stagnant smell when first opened which may be due to the last guests not using it. The smell went away shortly after opening the balcony door and it didn’t come back. Secondly, the oven does not work very well at all. Neither of these things had an impact on the quality of my stay and I would absolutely stay here again.

Many thanks for taking time to leave this feedback and we are pleased to hear that you had a good break staying at 33 Tre Lowen. We are sorry that you do not feel the oven worked well. We will raise this with our housekeeping team as this has not been raised previously and the oven was tested at the start of the season. So we will look into this. Many thanks again for your feedback - it is much appreciated. Property Owner

  • "Great flat in a great location for us."

We wanted to be near Fistral and this is just a few minutes walk away. Not far to walk into town either. Flat was clean and plenty of space for the four of us. Space outside to secure surf boards too. Not an issue for us but there is no lift if you can’t manage stairs for any reason. Had a great few days here and would stay again.

  • "Lovely location, but we did not use cooker as oven was filthy, there was dust everywhere that wasn’t in immediate view e."

G chairs under table. Difficulty in reaching crockery etc from cupboards as too high for 5ft 4” ladies!! Having said all this we would book again. Thank you.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback and pleased to hear you would return. We would like to apologise for any housekeeping issues you found and not up to our expected standards. Our housekeepers would have welcomed the opportunity to correct any issues if you had let us know at the time. We hope to welcome you back in the near future. Property Owner
